Greetings. I'm looking for advice when it comes to accessing calls from deleted users. We set up Clari Copilot in a way that specific roles have access to calls based on manager. However, when a user is deleted, they lose that manager designation and therefore only those with access to all calls in the system (which is basically just me) can find them.Does anyone have any recommendations for how we can prepare for (or respond to) providing access to all calls of a deleted user to their manager? Right now, we encourage managers to tag themselves or teammates in the calls before the user is deleted. But that's not always possible before they're taken out of the system.

Hi Team, why I am unable to manually refresh a CRM sync? It’s incredibly frustrating having to wait for Clari to choose when it wants to refresh from the CRM. I make changes in SFDC that don’t reflect in Clari until it decides that it’s time to re-sync. Please add a way to manually do this, or I will advocate for a new forecasting tool to be used.

Is there a way to bulk download transcripts from the calls that appear from a saved filter?All of our teams (reps, managers, marketing, product, enablement) often want to analyze a set of calls. And since Ask Clari currently only analyzes one call at a time, it would help to be able to download multiple calls at once instead of having to manually and individually click in to each call and download one at a time. That’s a lot of clicks!Any fellow customers have any recommendations on how you’ve addressed this issue?And anyone from the Clari team have guidance or insight as to whether this is a feature that is or can become available?

I am working with the Renewals team, and the Renewals leadership would like to explore whether the Top Deals widget can be customized for Renewals dashboards. Specifically, they are interested in determining whether certain columns can be renamed or mapped to renewal-specific fields, such as active contract end date, churn type, and similar attributes. Additionally, they would like to confirm whether it is possible to adjust the display order of the Name field within the widget. Currently, the widget displays the Renewals Opportunity name with the Account Name shown beneath it; the preference would be to evaluate whether this order can be modified.

Hi everyone! We recently launch Copilot and as part of that, we turned on the integration to Gainsight. The challenge we are having is that Copilot will only update Gainsight when at least one internal attendee on the recorded call in Copilot has either a “Full” or “Internal_Collaborator” license in Gainsight. Many of our users have “Viewer_Analytics” licenses in Gainsight and unfortunately, their calls are not being added to Gainsight. I’d love to hear any ways that you have been able to work around this. Will you support the ability to add other Salesforce objects to the Source Object dropdown within Clari Core Field Config?  We need to access the Contract Shell that is part of the ServiceContract object so we can gather insights from that object.  The reason why we cannot reference the Service Contract from an account reference is because there is a one to many relationship (sort of like the Opportunity Object).  We would need the ServiceContract to be its own object (or Mode).

How do we delete a conversation / audio file

We’ve run into an issue where Clari displays all Salesforce Stage picklist values when users update the Stage field, instead of only those that apply to the opportunity’s Record Type.For example, our General Sales opportunities have a different set of stages than our Renewal opportunities. In Salesforce, this works as expected because the Sales Process functionality limits stage options by Record Type. However, this restriction isn’t reflected in Clari, so we’ve seen cases where users accidentally change a General Sales opportunity to a Renewal-only stage.Has anyone found a way to make Clari respect the stage picklist restrictions by Record Type? Ideally, we’d like to prevent users from even seeing incompatible stages in Clari, rather than creating a Salesforce validation rule just to block the save in Clari.How are you handling this in your org? Any tips or creative solutions?

Hello - I was told calls needed to be 5 minutes at least to get insights from Copilot on the Groove Dialer Calls. I am seeing calls in our instance that are longer than 5 and still have no insights or summary from Copilot. Is this a bug or do calls made in Groove just simply not align with Copilot Insights and Summary?

We have reps who host meetings that have multiple sections to them that can last for a while. For example, they might have an hour of onboarding demo, following by a 30-minute break, followed by an hour of testing/Q&A. As I understand it, if there is 10 minutes of silence on a call, Clari Copilot will stop recording and leave the call. This is a problem because we want the entire meeting in only one recording when we share it with the customer, as that reduces the manual work of setting up calls, joining calls, etc.But we’ve had instances where our users were unaware of the 10-minute rule and didn’t realize that Clari Copilot didn’t recall the 2nd half of the meeting. Clari offers several resources to guide dashboard and widget selection:Cadences Hub: The Cadences Hub in the Community contains examples and guides for QBRs, one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and the recommended widgets for those key moments. Product Resources (“Ask Clari”): The “Ask Clari” feature provides a video walk throughs of how leaders are answering specific questions about their business with Clari. This feature can be accessed by clicking the ‘question mark’ icon in the upper-right corner of the Clari app, then selecting ‘Product Resources’.

Cadences is currently in open beta. There’s no formal application; simply reach out to your Clari account team to have it enabled for your organization.  Your Clari account team is here to support you in whatever rollout strategy would be best for your team. We can enable Cadences for all users at once. Alternatively, we can initially enable it for a select group of users (such as admins and sales ops users), then expand it to the rest of your team.   

The best way to bring external resources into Cadences is by using Clari’s Context Widgets, which support rich text. Once you add a Context Widget to your Dashboard, you can hyperlink to external resources, such as Google Docs, external reporting tools, and so on.  As an example, Context Widgets can be particularly useful for one-on-one Dashboards. If you have notes in a Google Doc or other supplementary materials in another tool, you could add links to those in a Context Widget in your Dashboard so that they’re easy to access while conducting your one-on-one.  

While there isn't a single answer for every team, we've found that the adoption process is iterative and highly dependent on a few key strategies. This article breaks down some of the factors that can influence how quickly and successfully your team adopts Cadences. Aim for Focus and SimplicityWhen designing your Dashboards and Cadence Moments, the number one rule is to keep them simple and focused. Adding too many moments or data points at once can overwhelm users and actually hinder adoption. To avoid having to roll back your work, strive to keep your streamlined so that your team knows exactly what they’re supposed to get out of each moment or dashboard.  Each Dashboard and Moment should be designed to answer one or two specific questions, and nothing more.

What is Churn ARR Forecast's CRM Value in the week-by-week Churn ARR Forecast Panel?

If you click into a flow and then go to the people tab it lets you “Download a csv” but only the first 100 contacts are listed. There needs to be a way to export all the people in a flow or at least be able to scroll through the 100 and download them one at a time.  I’m trying to compare what emails got matched into a flow and what emails are still in my legacy mailer but I can’t export to excel to cross check.
