Bulk Transcript Download?

Is there a way to bulk download transcripts from the calls that appear from a saved filter?

All of our teams (reps, managers, marketing, product, enablement) often want to analyze a set of calls. And since Ask Clari currently only analyzes one call at a time, it would help to be able to download multiple calls at once instead of having to manually and individually click in to each call and download one at a time. That’s a lot of clicks!

Any fellow customers have any recommendations on how you’ve addressed this issue?

And anyone from the Clari team have guidance or insight as to whether this is a feature that is or can become available?

Hi Ryan!

As of today, there is no option to bulk download transcripts via the Copilot UI. The only way to bulk download transcripts is by using the Copilot APIs. More details can be found here: https://community.clari.com/product-q-a-6/how-to-use-copilot-apis-2258

However, our Product team is exploring Ask Clari across multiple calls and is currently conducting initial discovery. It would be helpful to understand your use case and the type of analysis you would like to perform to help inform future product development.

Our users love Ask Clari because it turns full meetings into clear, focused summaries of customer sentiment. They’ll ask things like, “What feature from the demo did the customer like most?” or “What challenges are they having with adoption?”

Naturally, they want to ask that same question across multiple calls—not just one.

For example, they might want to:

  • Filter the call library to every conversation that mentions a specific product and ask what features customers like or where they’re struggling with adoption.

  • Look across all calls with a specific customer.

  • Analyze every call that mentions a product their team owns (for product or marketing insights).

Right now, they have to repeat the same question on each individual call and then piece the answers together themselves.

We’re also seeing more reps use Ask Clari to improve their sales skills. It’s helpful to get feedback on one call—but they want to ask skills-related questions and have the system analyze all (or a selected set) of their calls at once.
