How do we delete a conversation / audio file

Hi ​@itadmin

There is only an option to delete the entire call(just audio is not possible).

Steps to follow:

  1. Open a call.
  2. Click on the three-dots icon at the top right of the call review page.
  3. Select “Delete call.”

Note: The call cannot be recovered once it is deleted. Also, the user needs permission to delete a call.
