Manual CRM Refresh

Hi Team, why I am unable to manually refresh a CRM sync? It’s incredibly frustrating having to wait for Clari to choose when it wants to refresh from the CRM. I make changes in SFDC that don’t reflect in Clari until it decides that it’s time to re-sync. Please add a way to manually do this, or I will advocate for a new forecasting tool to be used.

Hey Rickey -

Good news is that you do have the ability to manually refresh your CRM sync but it wasn’t enabled.  We went ahead and enabled that feature for you and you should see if within the overflow menu (see image below):
