Search options within an opportunity view?

Is there a way to search or filter within a particular saved Opportunity View? The normal search bar in the top right returns global results and also has a different layout with columns and such. I’d really like to be able to search and stay within the context of the Opportunity View i’m currently in. Is that possible? Similarly, is there a way to filter or group by Starred opportunities within the current view? Same problem as the above, the Starred Opportunities built in view doesn’t have the layout of columns I want, and it also shows me ALL starred opportunities, not just the ones within the view I’m currently looking at.

Hi ,I recently provisioned a new AE who was hired to Clari however it looks like the AE still hasn’t had access to login or access to Clari forecast. Any tips to support?

Sentiment Filter

Which of the filters include the optional Sentiment filter? For example, I know that if I select the Competitor Mentioned filter it reveals Spoken By and Sentiment fields as well. Are there other filters that have the Sentiment option?

Feature Request – Filter for Starred Deals in Custom Views

Hi Clari Support Team, I would like to raise a feature request regarding the Starred Deals functionality in Clari. Currently, users can view their starred deals using the "Starred Opportunities" view. However, there is no option to filter for starred deals.We’ve received this request from one of the users from our FLMs that having the ability to filter specifically on starred deals would significantly improve their workflow. This would allow them to quickly focus on high priority deals they’ve marked and monitor associated metrics like ACV, progress updates, and next steps more efficiently.For example, an FLM might star ten key deals (visible under Starred Opportunities) and would like to view only two of those by using filters. Can we have filters in the Starred Opportunities screens.  Could this capability be considered for a feature release? Thank you for your support,Vaishnavi Khedkar

Adding a timestamp to a link for a Copilot recording

How do I add a timestamp to link to specific time in Copilot call recording?For example, if my call recording link is https://copilot.clari.com/call/9e5510e6-d6e1-4bd9-a62e-c2XXXXXXX, but I want to link a user to 3 minutes into the call, can I add something to the end of the URL to bring them directly to that point in the call? Can I add ?t=180s or something similar to bring users directly to that point on the call?(e.g., https://copilot.clari.com/call/9e5510e6-d6e1-4bd9-a62e-c2XXXXXXX?t=180s) If not, what is the format of the timestamp in the url for Clari Copilot?

Order of Picklist Values on Dashboard Widget Not Aligned to Picklist Order From CRM

We have a variety of widgets on dashboards that are grouping by a custom “Forecast” picklist field that is on all opportunities. This has five value options. They are configured in our CRM in this order:5-Raw 4-Best Case 3-Most Likely 2-Commit 1-WonNote that “1-Won” is not user-selectable but rather managed by the system and updated if/when the opportunity goes closed won.When we make a bar chart and add that to a dashboard, the appearance of the groupings by the above picklists do not appear in that order left-to-right within the bar. This is creating confusion with our users who would expect them to be sequential either left-to-right or right-to-left. Instead, they see them in a seemingly random order.

FAQ: How do I write one-off emails with Groove?

You can write an email directly from the Omnibar using one-off Actions. Creating a New Action from the Omnibar is easy:  Select a Email action to write either a one off email or use a Template. If your organization has opted into Groove’s GenAI features, then Groove can also generate these emails, pulling those insights directly from the web.  Press the Create button to have the email added to your Groove Actions page for you to send at a later date. Alternatively, press the downward-facing arrow and choose from the below options to send the email immediately:Send – send the email right away. Mark as Complete – mark the email as having been completed and add it to your activity count in Groove Analytics without actually sending the email or logging it to Salesforce. Schedule Send – select a future date and time at which the email will send automatically. Send and Create Follow – send the email right away and create a new follow-up action in Groove for the same person. Send and Add to F

Scheduler Organization in Groove

Hello! I’m fairly new to Groove and I’m trying to organize my meeting links in the Scheduler. I’d like for the different types of meetings to flow in a certain order but can’t figure out how to do so. It doesn’t seem to follow an alphabetic or numeric order. Example: Ideally I’d like the meeting in 1-4 order

Sales Attainment - Consolidated View

I want a view that shows:$ closed-won bookings and % attainment to goal/quota by quarter $ closed-won bookings and % attainment to goal/quota for the entire fiscal yearWe have 9 account executives and I am confident I can find this data with a ton of clicks and by changing the period and clicking through the small bit of reporting hierarchy we have. I can make it happen via a Salesforce report but I want a dashboard/view that will assemble this essential data for me and look (something) like this:  Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 FY AE #1 $245K 51% $15K 15% $200K 45%   $460K 33% AE #2 $0 0% $100K 27% $455 102%   $555K 46% AE #3 $50K 6% $550K 145%     $600K 55%  I can’t be the only sales manager using Clari asking for this so forgive me if this already exists.

Increase Waterfall Widget Cap on Dashboards

It appears there’s a cap of 2 Waterfall (Analyze) widgets on a dashboard.  It would be helpful if there were at least 4 widgets possible.  Trying to create a 4 quarter view of pipeline progression evolution for CRO.
