Good! We know that you, our customers who engage with Clari’s products day in and day out, have a myriad of ideas of ways to improve the product with new features we can implement. Your input is incredibly valuable to us in Product, Engineering, and Design as we plan our roadmap and make sure we are giving you everything you need to flawlessly run your revenue process. So, when you submit an idea, what happens next, and what do the statuses mean? Thanks for submitting your feedback! Your idea will automatically zip on over to our Product team’s feedback repository, which our Product team reviews on a regular basis. Our Product team regularly reviews your ideas to determine if they align with our current focus areas for product development this year. How do I merge my community profiles?

If you move on from one company or join another, then you might find yourself without access to the email you once used to login to our community. When you login to community with a new email, it will create a new account — but that profile may be missing your profile picture, points, badges, and historical activity (i.e. posts, replies, ideas, likes), and we can’t have that!Not to worry. Understanding Badges, Ranks, and Points

There are three ways we measure your engagement in the community:Points Ranks Badges Wondering how they work? We've got you covered! 🥳 Points You earn points purely for engaging with the community. Points are what put you on the leaderboard, and may even contribute to your ability to earn certain ranks and badges. Here’s how they work:Earn 15 points for creating a topic (conversation, question, or idea) Earn 10 points for replying to a topic (conversation, question, or idea) Earn 20 points for answering a question (marked as best answer to a question) Earn 5 points for receiving a like (on a conversation or a question) or an upvote (on an idea) Earn 5 points for liking a topic (conversation, question) or upvoting an idea Ranks Your rank measures your journey from new member to a member of the inner circle. Update your Community Profileprofile

You have officially made it to the Clari community and we are thrilled you’re here!   To update your profile, click on your initials or avatar (top right) and click on Settings. Then, click Edit Profile.   Add a profile picture. A picture adds credibility to your profile when you talk to other community members.  Update your company, job title (required), LinkedIn URL, City (this is private, so it won’t show up to other users), and Country Update your forum signature with the details you’d like to include in your sign off on posts (i.e. Jason White, VP of Sales @ GetStorage Systems) And, voilà…your profile is ready! Now, don’t forget to introduce yourself.

What should I do in the Community?

You’ve probably been exploring the community by now. How do you like it? (We genuinely want to know. DM me!) If you’re looking for some tips and tricks to get the most out of this community, read on... Use the Search (try typing key words or phrases) Use the search bar to scour the many conversations, discussions, questions, and articles that already exist in the community to help you. There’s a high probability that what you need to know, may have already been asked and answered. At times, typing out the actual problem statement or question will help trigger searches to bring up the last of the articles/discussions that may be of help. Take the leap and ask a question We often find ourselves shying away from raising our hands and surfacing a question for the group because we worry it might be a basic one.  Please don’t hesitate to ask your questions.
