Wondering how our rank and our badges work? We've got you covered! 🥳 What are ranks? The community rank is a fun element that recognizes and rewards members who actively participate. Your rank level is based on your engagement in the community: how often you post, your helpfulness, and the value of your contributions. Let me get a bit deeper into our ranks and what they mean: New Member: This is the first step! Members who have just joined the community will start here. Ramping: Navigating the land is easy, you just need to comment on a topic or two and start participating. Data Driven: To become “Data Driven”, you need to start your own topic. Forecasting Fanatic: You are spending time asking questions and helping other members. Analytics Ace: To hit this rank you will have to consistently engage in people’s questions and challenges. You have officially made it to the Clari community and we are thrilled you’re here! To update your profile, click on your initials or avatar (top right) and click on Settings. Then, click Edit Profile. Add a profile picture. A picture adds credibility to your profile when you talk to other community members. Update your company, job title (required), LinkedIn URL, City (this is private, so it won’t show up to other users), and Country Update your forum signature with the details you’d like to include in your sign off on posts (i.e. Jason White, VP of Sales @ GetStorage Systems) And, voilà…your profile is ready! Now, don’t forget to introduce yourself.
You’ve probably been exploring the community by now. How do you like it? (We genuinely want to know. DM me!) If you’re looking for some tips and tricks to get the most out of this community, read on... Use the Search (try typing key words or phrases) Use the search bar to scour the many conversations, discussions, questions, and articles that already exist in the community to help you. There’s a high probability that what you need to know, may have already been asked and answered. At times, typing out the actual problem statement or question will help trigger searches to bring up the last of the articles/discussions that may be of help. Take the leap and ask a question We often find ourselves shying away from raising our hands and surfacing a question for the group because we worry it might be a basic one.
