Important Update: Upcoming Changes to Microsoft 365 Email Sending Limits and Their Impact on Groove

Microsoft is implementing new restrictions on the number of external recipient emails that can be sent from a Microsoft 365 tenant. These changes may impact your team’s workflows within Groove. What's Changing with Microsoft 365 Email Sending? Microsoft is introducing a tenant-wide limit on outbound external email sending. Starting now through May 1, 2025, Microsoft will begin enforcing a cap on the total number of external recipient emails your entire Microsoft 365 organization can send within a rolling 24-hour period.This cap applies to all external email activity—including what’s sent via Groove. Groove is just one input into your total volume. To fully understand your exposure, you’ll need to work with your IT team. Details on the Tenant-Wide Limits Today, Microsoft 365 allows each user to send up to 5,000 emails/day. Groove’s default Flow email throttle is set at 4,500 to leave room for additional activity.Under the new model, Microsoft will cap total outbound email volume based o

Some of the managers have signed up for Clari university but seem unable to use any of the courses.It’s telling them that an admin needs to grant them permissions. How do I, as an admin, control what courses they can see and take?

Event Recap: Copilot for AMs & CSMs

Hi! We just wrapped up a session in which I talked about how post-sales teams (i.e. CSMs, AMs) can use Copilot (formerly Wingman). I talked about how these teams can:  Gain context about your customers with Copilot using Universal Search and Account View Have better customer conversations with Copilot by getting better context before a call with a customer using bookmarks, topics, battlecards, and slack actions Share your customer’s voice with Copilot using Call Sharing and Gametapes  You can check out the recording below! Hello - I’m Rob Killian and I’m a recent addition to the Clari community. While I’ve been a part of Clari projects in my previous work, I’m now our main point of contact for all of our sales tech stack and vendor management in my current role. We’ve had Clari Forecasting for years here, but recently switched over to CoPilot for CI and are super impressed with it. Looking forward to connecting here with a variety of users across the globe and also meeting up with the local Clari community here in NorCal.

New to the Clari Community

Hi there!  I used Groove in my previous role through GSuite and now my new role uses Microsoft )which is beyond foreign to me).  I used to be able to see a Groove button in my Gmail and also track who is opening my emails by clicking on the extension widget.  I am logged into Groove and in the dashboard but it does not link to Outlook like it used to in Gmail for me - is there something I am not doing to see this or does the same capabilities in Gmail not apply to Outlook? Thank you!

How To Migrate from EWS to Graph

Last Updated: 14 January 2025 Microsoft will transition from Exchange Web Services (EWS) to Graph APIs by February 1, 2025. This article walks you through migrating to Microsoft Graph to ensure Clari continues to ingest activity data seamlessly. For more details, refer to Microsoft’s documentation on transitioning over from EWS to Graph API.  Current customers with login access to the Clari Knowledge Base can also view this content there at this link.  Note: Clari Admin can migrate your organization to Graph. It's important that your organization migrates to Graph ASAP to avoid these issues:  Without migration, you risk losing important activity data. Without email or meeting data, the workflows in your downstream applications break.
