New to the Clari Community

Hi there!  I used Groove in my previous role through GSuite and now my new role uses Microsoft )which is beyond foreign to me).  I used to be able to see a Groove button in my Gmail and also track who is opening my emails by clicking on the extension widget.  I am logged into Groove and in the dashboard but it does not link to Outlook like it used to in Gmail for me - is there something I am not doing to see this or does the same capabilities in Gmail not apply to Outlook? Thank you!

How To Migrate from EWS to Graph

Last Updated: 14 January 2025 Microsoft will transition from Exchange Web Services (EWS) to Graph APIs by February 1, 2025. This article walks you through migrating to Microsoft Graph to ensure Clari continues to ingest activity data seamlessly. For more details, refer to Microsoft’s documentation on transitioning over from EWS to Graph API.  Current customers with login access to the Clari Knowledge Base can also view this content there at this link.  Note: Clari Admin can migrate your organization to Graph. It's important that your organization migrates to Graph ASAP to avoid these issues:  Without migration, you risk losing important activity data. Hi everyone, I joined FranklinCovey a few months ago (quick plug: if your company struggles with micromanaging, friction, or other culture challenges, let me know—we fix that with leadership training).  This is my first time using Clari, and I’m really enjoying how it combines call recording, forecasting, and sales engagement in one platform. I’m still getting the hang of it, but it’s already helping me stay on top of follow-ups and keep my pipeline updated.  When I’m not working deals, you’ll usually find me outdoors doing something active—or running my side hustle as an Airbnb host.

 Hello, I’m Courtney Hampton Reed. I am the Quality Assurance Specialist at Fuel Sales. I have 3 dogs and 1 hermit crab. I enjoy playing roller derby, doing all things in the creative realm (videos, music, writing, performing), and as of late I have been dabbling in golf. Clari Copilot has helped me keep tabs on SDRs to make sure that they are following our methodology, discover trends, and have meaningful conversations with management about what is happening on the front lines. Gmail's Spam Update: What Groove Customers Need to Know

Dec 4, 2024 What’s Changed in Gmail Gmail recently updated its spam detection system to flag emails containing tracking pixels as potential spam. Recipients might now see warnings like: “Images in this message are hidden. This message might be suspicious or spam.” Even plain-text emails with no visible images can trigger this alert if a tracking pixel is included. These updates are designed to detect bulk, impersonal messaging, highlighting the importance of thoughtful, personalized communication to ensure your emails reach your intended audience. How This Impacts Groove Users For Clari customers using Groove, personalization has always been the foundation of the platform. New to Clari - are there any Canada User Groups or Annual Clari Conference?

Hi everyone - our company just went live on Clari Forecasting this month (750 licenses approx) with a plan to pilot Co-Pilot next and our Sales teams love it. My question is if there are any Clari user groups in Canada (Toronto area or virtual) that I can join? I would also be happy to connect into a U.S. User group where i could join virtually as my company is US based. Finally, is there such at thing as an annual Clari User Conference (i.e. mini Dreamforce) where I can learn the platform, see what’s coming in terms of new functionality and network with other business professionals on best practices etc.?  Thanks in advance.
