Important Update: Upcoming Changes to Microsoft 365 Email Sending Limits and Their Impact on Groove

Microsoft is implementing new restrictions on the number of external recipient emails that can be sent from a Microsoft 365 tenant. These changes may impact your team’s workflows within Groove. What's Changing with Microsoft 365 Email Sending? Microsoft is introducing a tenant-wide limit on outbound external email sending. Starting now through May 1, 2025, Microsoft will begin enforcing a cap on the total number of external recipient emails your entire Microsoft 365 organization can send within a rolling 24-hour period.This cap applies to all external email activity—including what’s sent via Groove. Groove is just one input into your total volume. To fully understand your exposure, you’ll need to work with your IT team. Details on the Tenant-Wide Limits Today, Microsoft 365 allows each user to send up to 5,000 emails/day. Event Recap: Copilot for AMs & CSMs

Hi! We just wrapped up a session in which I talked about how post-sales teams (i.e. CSMs, AMs) can use Copilot (formerly Wingman). I talked about how these teams can:  Gain context about your customers with Copilot using Universal Search and Account View Have better customer conversations with Copilot by getting better context before a call with a customer using bookmarks, topics, battlecards, and slack actions Share your customer’s voice with Copilot using Call Sharing and Gametapes  You can check out the recording below! How To Migrate from EWS to Graph

Last Updated: 14 January 2025 Microsoft will transition from Exchange Web Services (EWS) to Graph APIs by February 1, 2025. This article walks you through migrating to Microsoft Graph to ensure Clari continues to ingest activity data seamlessly. For more details, refer to Microsoft’s documentation on transitioning over from EWS to Graph API.  Current customers with login access to the Clari Knowledge Base can also view this content there at this link.  Note: Clari Admin can migrate your organization to Graph. It's important that your organization migrates to Graph ASAP to avoid these issues:  Without migration, you risk losing important activity data. Gmail's Spam Update: What Groove Customers Need to Know

Dec 4, 2024 What’s Changed in Gmail Gmail recently updated its spam detection system to flag emails containing tracking pixels as potential spam. Recipients might now see warnings like: “Images in this message are hidden. This message might be suspicious or spam.” Even plain-text emails with no visible images can trigger this alert if a tracking pixel is included. These updates are designed to detect bulk, impersonal messaging, highlighting the importance of thoughtful, personalized communication to ensure your emails reach your intended audience. How This Impacts Groove Users For Clari customers using Groove, personalization has always been the foundation of the platform. We're sharing some important upcoming changes to Groove that will make your experience even more seamless and powerful. We're excited about the integration of Groove into the Clari web app! This enhancement brings a more unified user experience for your revenue team. Here's what you can expect:ImportantNew Subdomain: As of August 17th, the standalone Groove app will be accessible at groove.clari.com. (Don't worry, the old link will redirect you automatically!) NOTE: All users will be logged out of both the Groove extension and web app during the rollout on Saturday, August 17th, between 10 and 11 AM PST.
