Copilot and Gainsight integration challenges due to license types

Hi everyone! We recently launch Copilot and as part of that, we turned on the integration to Gainsight. The challenge we are having is that Copilot will only update Gainsight when at least one internal attendee on the recorded call in Copilot has either a “Full” or “Internal_Collaborator” license in Gainsight. Many of our users have “Viewer_Analytics” licenses in Gainsight and unfortunately, their calls are not being added to Gainsight. I’d love to hear any ways that you have been able to work around this. Thanks!

Hi ​@mgerbick, we don’t currently have a workaround for this but I’ve flagged it internally to raise a feature request. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
