New to the Clari Community

Hi there!  I used Groove in my previous role through GSuite and now my new role uses Microsoft )which is beyond foreign to me).  I used to be able to see a Groove button in my Gmail and also track who is opening my emails by clicking on the extension widget.  I am logged into Groove and in the dashboard but it does not link to Outlook like it used to in Gmail for me - is there something I am not doing to see this or does the same capabilities in Gmail not apply to Outlook? Thank you!

Hi everyone, I joined FranklinCovey a few months ago (quick plug: if your company struggles with micromanaging, friction, or other culture challenges, let me know—we fix that with leadership training).  This is my first time using Clari, and I’m really enjoying how it combines call recording, forecasting, and sales engagement in one platform. I’m still getting the hang of it, but it’s already helping me stay on top of follow-ups and keep my pipeline updated.  When I’m not working deals, you’ll usually find me outdoors doing something active—or running my side hustle as an Airbnb host.

 Hello, I’m Courtney Hampton Reed. I am the Quality Assurance Specialist at Fuel Sales. I have 3 dogs and 1 hermit crab. I enjoy playing roller derby, doing all things in the creative realm (videos, music, writing, performing), and as of late I have been dabbling in golf. Clari Copilot has helped me keep tabs on SDRs to make sure that they are following our methodology, discover trends, and have meaningful conversations with management about what is happening on the front lines. I’d like to learn more about the Recommended Topics Ai Feature. I’m not seeing anything yet on my end. I’m happy to be here!

New to Clari - are there any Canada User Groups or Annual Clari Conference?

Hi everyone - our company just went live on Clari Forecasting this month (750 licenses approx) with a plan to pilot Co-Pilot next and our Sales teams love it. My question is if there are any Clari user groups in Canada (Toronto area or virtual) that I can join? I would also be happy to connect into a U.S. User group where i could join virtually as my company is US based. Finally, is there such at thing as an annual Clari User Conference (i.e. mini Dreamforce) where I can learn the platform, see what’s coming in terms of new functionality and network with other business professionals on best practices etc.?  Thanks in advance. Hey from the UK!!

 Hi everyone, I’m Claire … I work at Sphera Solutions as a Sales Enablement Trainer I have 2 dogs, Leo & Ruby. Leo is an 8 year old Lhasa Apso & Ruby is a 2 year old (her birthday is on Thursday!) Shih Tzu I’m very boring and dont really have any exciting hobbies other than spending time with my little family and making memories  Clari has recently been introduced to Sphera and as a trainer, it has been a great help to have a weekly cadence. Although I have been unable to attend all sessions, my team have been in attendance along with the leaders of reps that are using Clari x Groove.

Hi from a System Admin in the Chicago burbs!

Hello Clari Community.  I’ve just started with a new company and inherited Clari.  I’ve been aware of (prospected by) Clari for years but this is my first time using it.  I’m looking forward to learning a lot and my hope is that Clari will help to address some of the shortcomings in Salesforce functionality and reporting capabilities.  I have already seen Clari charts and views out of the box which I’ve had to build custom in Tableau in the past.  1 dog and 2 cats Riding Motorcycles, Camping, Live Music Pipeline movement, Deal and Forecast Insights

 I’m Scott McDonald and I am a Global Account Director (Fancy title for a Salesman) for Arelion. A global Telecommunications carrier. I like dogs and most other animals, except cats, rates and deer (because they eat my plants) I like to sail, swim and do anything at the beach.
