Sales Attainment - Consolidated View

I want a view that shows:$ closed-won bookings and % attainment to goal/quota by quarter $ closed-won bookings and % attainment to goal/quota for the entire fiscal yearWe have 9 account executives and I am confident I can find this data with a ton of clicks and by changing the period and clicking through the small bit of reporting hierarchy we have. I can make it happen via a Salesforce report but I want a dashboard/view that will assemble this essential data for me and look (something) like this: Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 FY AE #1 $245K 51% $15K 15% $200K 45% $460K 33% AE #2 $0 0% $100K 27% $455 102% $555K 46% AE #3 $50K 6% $550K 145% $600K 55% I can’t be the only sales manager using Clari asking for this so forgive me if this already exists.

I star opportunities in a list view. Is there a way to share that view and share my stars which I used to indicate risk I have on deals, or is it not possible for other people to see my starred opportunities (meaning that I’ve starred them, not meaning sharing an opporutnity I’ve starred)

Server 500 Error when creating extract on Forecast API

Here is the issue I am dealing with.I am using a tool called SnapLogic to create an extract on the Forecast API. I have been able to use Postman to create these details and then fetch the data from said extract once it is completed. I am also able to fetch these details from SnapLogic using a REST GET snap.However, instead of completing the extract when started from SnapLogic, I receive the following error messages (I have truncated most of the details out of this message):"error":"REST API service endpoint returned error result: status code = 500, reason phrase = Internal Server Error""error_entity":"{"code":"SWW","namespace":"clari-common","errorId":"1e280d001cde5a56b3ff7a8227635b9f","message":"Something went wrong","userId":"117494","orgId":"1338"}"I wasn’t able to find any posts related to this error ID in Clari. Allow Different Forecasting Schedules

Our forecasting process is a weekly cycle… reps have a forecast call with their managers, managers with the VP, and then VPs up to the CRO. Feedback directly from Clari U courses

I’m just getting started with Clari University. As I work through the online courses, it would be nice to have a quick way to provide feedback about a specific lesson. For example, there’s an abbreviation I didn’t recognize in one lesson, or the audio doesn’t play in one of the Try It videos. I guess I could come to the community and post an Idea like this, but it would be easier if there were a quick feedback button right inside the course itself.

Ive made a separate post as its been some time since the above was active I wanted to check to see if its possible to batch call more than 1 quarter for the API call below in the response body at once:/export/forecast/{forecastId} { "timePeriod": "2020_Q3", "typesToExport": [ "forecast", "forecast_updated" ], "scopeId": "1905::MGR", "currency": "USD", "schedule": "NONE", "includeHistorical": false, "exportFormat": "CSV"}Where timePeriod would take an array like "timePeriod": ["2024_Q1", "2024_Q2", "2024_Q3", "2024_Q4"]This is due to our current setup hitting the ‘export_monthly_quota_reached’.Thanks for your help.

Starred Opportunities - reached limit

Hello,I recently learned the maximum number of Starred Opportunities allowed by Clari is 2000.To avoid hitting this limit, can someone let me know if there is any functionality to mass “un-star” opportunities from prior Quarters?Can any automation be set that once a quarter is closed, Opportunities are un-starred?Has anyone else experienced this limit? What has been the work-around besides manually going into each Opp to un-star?Appreciate your insight.BZ

Article "Product Area" on KB articles

Sometimes I search for a KB article and its not clear until I open it up that it relates to a different topic - for instance, searching “email” in the knowledge base gives you an article titled “Additional Fields for Email and Calendar Logging” with no indication that this is a Groove article and doesnt relate to logging against Activities in an Account Mode (or anything else)Please can you make this clearer in the titles of the articles what they actually relate to?

Join a Revenue Cadence Cohort in Q3

Hey Clari Community! I’ve been throwing around an idea in passing conversation and would love to get your temperature on it. As an individual, getting great predictions from Pulse to drive forecast accuracy and seeing the value from dashboards and 1:1s requires a whole team effort. It can be hard to get buy-in and consistently dedicate time to this with everything else you’re juggling. Clari has a solution for this, since it can be an overwhelming task. Enter the “13 Week Revenue Cadence”. 👏 The challenge is committing to the cadence, and holding your sales teams accountable to the process as needed to drive insights… So my question is:Have you implemented the 13 week cadence, or experimented with it? What challenges do you face? Would it be helpful to be part of a cohort of other Clari users who are supporting their internal teams in adopting the 13 Week Revenue Cadence at the same time? New Forecast Category not showing in Pipeline View

We created a new Forecast Category in SFDC called Most Likely earlier this week. For this week’s forecast call, I see that we have 2 opportunities in Most Likely, however, when I click on Pipeline within the Clari → Forecast → PIpeline . . . I don’t see those 2 opportunities on the Insights/Eyeball view on the right window pane.I can see the 2 opportunities when I click Inspect → Opportunities. How do I update my Pipeline View to show opportunities in this “new” forecast category? Thank you in advance!
