Groove Flows: Is there a way to keep a prospect in a Flow?

Hi there!

It looks there isn’t a automated action/option to keep a contact within a Flow & most will be removed if the contact replies/has an autoreply. This might be a intended function for some efforts, but it impacts others who need the contacts to remain in each action of the flow, regardless of if they reply or not.

Is there a way around this?

Hi, ​@Charlotte_Zoda! Contacts will removed from a Flow upon reply if that Flow has an Automated Action set up to do so, or if your organization has a Global Automated Action set up to do so. If there are specific Flows for which contacts should not be removed upon reply, my best suggestion would be to manage the automated action that removes contacts from Flows upon reply at the Flow level for each Flow instead of as a Global Automated Action.
