Hi ,

I recently provisioned a new AE who was hired to Clari however it looks like the AE still hasn’t had access to login or access to Clari forecast. Any tips to support?

Hi, ​@Kerry Hartley! You can review the steps to provision a user in our knowledge base. SInce they’ll be a forecasting user, you’ll also need to make sure that you set them up with the right Forecast Opt In. If you followed these steps and the AE still isn’t able to access Clari, please don’t hesitate to open a case with our Support team to take a closer look.
