Extract_Not_Enabled

I am trying to add a field from Salesforce into Clari. The message I am getting after it has been added: "Extract not enabled", is this something that we need to do in Salesforce? How can this be enabled? When I go into Field Configurations I get the following message: 

“To get started with Capture please reach out to your Clari representative.

When you’re adding a new field to any context, if you do not see the status Field_Not_Loaded within 15 – 30 minutes, we recommend that you submit a case with our support team here.  Our support team can look into the field and help with the extraction setup, which is Clari’s backend process to import and snapshot data from the field. 

Prior to submitting a ticket, we recommend that you:

  1. Verify that your team’s integration user has read access to the field 
  2. Publish your team’s configuration changes in Field Config 

In the support ticket you submit to our support team, please include the field’s API name so that our team can jump right into looking into it.
