API to get CRM and deal insights into datalake/ powerbi

Hi team,

 

Please advise on following API request to query data into datalake/ power bi

  1. Is there an API for us to get CRM score, historical score and top factor analysis 
    1. I also want to get the deal insight section generated by AI. Is there an API to do so? 

      The objective is that, we’ll consolidate all these opportunity insight into a power BI dashboard for ease of monitoring

Hello, ​@Hoa Pham! You can export CRM Scores using the Opportunity API. However, this API cannot look back in time today. The API returns the fields that have been configured for your organization in Field Config. It does not include Top Factors, but you can reach out to the Support team to explore some options that we have to export Top Factors information for you!

Deal Insights are not included in any of our exports today. I definitely suggest submitting an idea to make the data you’d like to be available via API or export. Product ideas shared via the community go directly to our product team’s feedback repository and can be tracked in relation to their status on our product roadmap here in the community.
