Scheduler Organization in Groove

Hello! I’m fairly new to Groove and I’m trying to organize my meeting links in the Scheduler. I’d like for the different types of meetings to flow in a certain order but can’t figure out how to do so. It doesn’t seem to follow an alphabetic or numeric order. Example: Ideally I’d like the meeting in 1-4 order

Clari Admin Certification

Hi Team & ​@lyuda.rogers ,I've attempted my Clari certification more than 15 times, and my score consistently falls between 70-73. I’ve completed the admin course three times and am confident I’m selecting the correct answers.Could you review the test to see if there might be any issues or provide feedback on my answers?

Clari University

Hi I have just started using Clari as a sales ops manager with admin access, I was to use Clari University to gain understanding on how to use the product, forecasting, analytics etc but in the University page I can only see the “prospecting academy” is this all that is available?

Sales Attainment - Consolidated View

I want a view that shows:$ closed-won bookings and % attainment to goal/quota by quarter $ closed-won bookings and % attainment to goal/quota for the entire fiscal yearWe have 9 account executives and I am confident I can find this data with a ton of clicks and by changing the period and clicking through the small bit of reporting hierarchy we have. I can make it happen via a Salesforce report but I want a dashboard/view that will assemble this essential data for me and look (something) like this:  Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 FY AE #1 $245K 51% $15K 15% $200K 45%   $460K 33% AE #2 $0 0% $100K 27% $455 102%   $555K 46% AE #3 $50K 6% $550K 145%     $600K 55%  I can’t be the only sales manager using Clari asking for this so forgive me if this already exists.

Access to Clari Platform for Customers in Clari University

Hello Team,I have signed up to Clari University for over 24 hrs with the customer account, but i still do not have access to the customer platform in Clari University, nor the admin certification course.Could anyone assist with this issue ?

Increase Waterfall Widget Cap on Dashboards

It appears there’s a cap of 2 Waterfall (Analyze) widgets on a dashboard.  It would be helpful if there were at least 4 widgets possible.  Trying to create a 4 quarter view of pipeline progression evolution for CRO.

Share "stars"

I star opportunities in a list view.  Is there a way to share that view and share my stars which I used to indicate risk I have on deals, or is it not possible for other people to see my starred opportunities (meaning that I’ve starred them, not meaning sharing an opporutnity I’ve starred)

Server 500 Error when creating extract on Forecast API

Here is the issue I am dealing with.I am using a tool called SnapLogic to create an extract on the Forecast API. I have been able to use Postman to create these details and then fetch the data from said extract once it is completed. I am also able to fetch these details from SnapLogic using a REST GET snap.However, instead of completing the extract when started from SnapLogic, I receive the following error messages (I have truncated most of the details out of this message):"error":"REST API service endpoint returned error result: status code = 500, reason phrase = Internal Server Error""error_entity":"{"code":"SWW","namespace":"clari-common","errorId":"1e280d001cde5a56b3ff7a8227635b9f","message":"Something went wrong","userId":"117494","orgId":"1338"}"I wasn’t able to find any posts related to this error ID in Clari. Allow Different Forecasting Schedules

Our forecasting process is a weekly cycle… reps have a forecast call with their managers, managers with the VP, and then VPs up to the CRO. It would be useful to be able to have Clari reflect the different due dates for forecasts. For example:Rep Profile - Due FridayManager - Due MondayVP - Due TuesdayCRO - Due Wednesday

Feedback directly from Clari U courses

I’m just getting started with Clari University. As I work through the online courses, it would be nice to have a quick way to provide feedback about a specific lesson. For example, there’s an abbreviation I didn’t recognize in one lesson, or the audio doesn’t play in one of the Try It videos. I guess I could come to the community and post an Idea like this, but it would be easier if there were a quick feedback button right inside the course itself.

How to batch download all User Quotas for the year

Hi there,This is a follow up from How to download all User Quotas for the year. Ive made a separate post as its been some time since the above was active I wanted to check to see if its possible to batch call more than 1 quarter for the API call below in the response body at once:/export/forecast/{forecastId} { "timePeriod": "2020_Q3", "typesToExport": [ "forecast", "forecast_updated" ], "scopeId": "1905::MGR", "currency": "USD", "schedule": "NONE", "includeHistorical": false, "exportFormat": "CSV"}Where timePeriod would take an array like "timePeriod": ["2024_Q1", "2024_Q2", "2024_Q3", "2024_Q4"]This is due to our current setup hitting the ‘export_monthly_quota_reached’.Thanks for your help.

Starred Opportunities - reached limit

Hello,I recently learned the maximum number of Starred Opportunities allowed by Clari is 2000.To avoid hitting this limit, can someone let me know if there is any functionality to mass “un-star” opportunities from prior Quarters?Can any automation be set that once a quarter is closed, Opportunities are un-starred?Has anyone else experienced this limit? What has been the work-around besides manually going into each Opp to un-star?Appreciate your insight.BZ

Are there any examples or documentation for obtaining a transcript via API? I have only seen one line in the API documentation that mentions the transcript: To get transcript, deal live stage fetch call individually using call-details endpoint.

Article "Product Area" on KB articles

Sometimes I search for a KB article and its not clear until I open it up that it relates to a different topic - for instance, searching “email” in the knowledge base gives you an article titled “Additional Fields for Email and Calendar Logging” with no indication that this is a Groove article and doesnt relate to logging against Activities in an Account Mode (or anything else)Please can you make this clearer in the titles of the articles what they actually relate to?
