These features are currently scheduled to release so that you can find them in Clari, Align, Copilot, or Groove when you log in on the date above. What’s New in Clari? Deal Summary ImprovementsDeal Summaries now highlight Key Takeaways (e.g. pricing, exec engagement, competitive mentions) and Significant Decisions with stakeholder details, timing, and impact. You can also configure summaries by interaction count or date range—like "Last Week" or a custom range up to 1 year—for sharper context. Learn more. Amazon S3 Connector Now Supported via FivetranYou can now ingest data into Clari from Amazon S3 using our Fivetran-powered connector, enabling more flexible access to external .csv or .tsv files.Bring in data such as product usage, financial metrics, or customer scoring into Clari’s Forecast, Opportunities, and Accounts modules. With S3 as a supported source, teams can expand their data ingestion capabilities without relying solely on traditional databases. Learn more. Admins: Your organization must have the associated modules on RevDB to use this capability. Persona-Based Capture Configuration (Role & User Level)Admins can now configure activity tracking at the user and role level in addition to the existing org-wide settings, giving your team more precise control over how and where activity and contact data is logged. Whether you want to tailor settings for specific roles (like tracking both inbound and outbound activity for CSMs but only outbound for SEs) or run pilots with select users, this update makes it easy. Learn more.Admins: Head to the Capture configuration settings to add new role or user-based configs. If multiple configs exist, user-level overrides > role-level which overrides > org-wide settings. Support for Snowflake Key-Pair AuthenticationTo prepare for Snowflake’s deprecation of password-based authentication in Nov 2025, Clari now supports RSA key-pair authentication for Snowflake connectors. This secure alternative allows you to configure or migrate your connectors using public or private keys for improved security.Admins: Begin transitioning now by generating RSA key pairs and updating authentication settings in Clari Studio > Integrations. This is recommended for all Snowflake-connected customers ahead of the password deprecation deadline. Learn More. What’s New in Groove? Assign Flow Owners Automatically via CSV User LookupYou can now auto-assign Flow participants at scale during a CSV import by using a column with Salesforce User IDs or email addresses. This feature is ideal for matching participants to their correct Flow owners based on CRM data—perfect for territory updates, campaign alignment, or large-scale lead routing. It’s compatible with Custom Merge Fields and Direct Import, making it a powerful addition to advanced import workflows. Learn more.Admins: Ensure the user importing the CSV has Add People to All Flows permissions and that Flow owners are shared on the Master Flow. One Flow Restriction (Safety Setting)To streamline communication and protect your sender reputation, admins can now enable a safety setting that ensures each contact or lead is active in only one flow at a time. This applies across all methods of import—including CSV, auto-import, API, and manual add—and prevents contacts from being enrolled in multiple flows simultaneously. When enabled, users will see tooltips for blocked adds, and backend validations enforce the rule across the platform. Learn more.Admins: To activate this setting, enable the toggle in Manage My Org > Flow Settings > Safety Settings. Optional overrides can be applied for select users. Enhanced People & Ownership Management Across FlowsWe’ve streamlined people management by introducing a unified permission structure for changing ownership and managing participants across Flows. Learn more.Admins: Control visibility and access through Manage My Org > Roles. Enhanced Bulk Management of Flow PermissionsWe’ve unified and simplified bulk flow management with a new Bulk Manage Flows permission that enables eligible users to archive, delete, label, and move multiple flows at once based on their role and access level. This update reduces confusion, improves control for Admins, Analysts, and Team Leads, and adds helpful tooltips and runtime permission checks to clarify exactly what each user can do.Admins: Grant the Bulk Manage Flows permission via Manage My Org. Ensure users also have View all Flows and Templates and (where applicable) Manage People Across Flows to fully use bulk actions like Change Owner. This feature removes the guesswork from personalization—helping sales reps, managers, and content creators verify dynamic fields like “First Name” or “Company Name” before an email is sent. Toggle between live data and raw merge tags, and even send a test email to yourself for added confidence. Learn more. Nooks Integration: Power Dial from Groove ActionsGroove now integrates with Nooks, allowing reps to power dial prospects from Flow steps and One-Off Actions—either in sequence or in parallel. Completed calls log back to Groove and advance Flows automatically. Learn moreAdmins: Users configure Groove in Nooks. What’s New in Copilot? Clari Copilot Is Now Available in the Slack MarketplaceClari Copilot is now officially listed in the Slack Marketplace, making it easier than ever for teams to discover and install the app. This update doesn’t change any functionality—existing users can continue using Copilot in Slack as usual—but new teams can now access a verified version of the app directly through Slack’s directory. Now, you can use Outlook’s native Send button and still log emails to Salesforce, plus track engagement metrics like opens, clicks, and replies. This update will roll out to users once accepted by Microsoft. As part of this change, the Send with Groove button in the Outlook ribbon will be retired.   For Classic Outlook for Windows users, the Send with Groove button in the Outlook task pane will remain. Admins: If you have an Admin managed add-in, an Admin will need to approve the update before the change is live for your users per your configuration settings. Learn more. Manual Archive UpdatesFlow owners and editors can remove any active participants when you archive Flows in the new streamlined experience. Additionally, the history of who archived the Flow and when is written back to the Flow History Table. Learn more. One-Click UnsubscribeTo help you manage certain requirements for one-click unsubscribe header if your users exceed the outbound email limits set forth by Google, you can enabled One-Click enforcement for Flows in Manage My Org to provide the necessary header when Groove Flows send an email on a user’s behalf. Learn more.Note: Groove’s one-click unsubscribe feature simply provides the expected unsubscribe link when Groove Flows send an email on a user’s behalf via the Google or Microsoft APIs. Gmail then uses algorithms to determine whether to display the link or not based on factors like the sender’s reputation, how often they send emails, and how users interact with their emails. If Gmail doesn’t think the campaign is eligible, it might not show the one-click unsubscribe link. This means that the link is not guaranteed to be sent 100% of the time through Groove Flows, even with the setting enabled.  Flow Permissions in Manage My Org To ensure efficient workflow management and more granular control over Flow permissions, you can now manage Flow view and edit permissions for Admins, Team Leads, Analysts, and Standard Users. Learn more.Install the app from the Apple App Store: ‎Groove+  Note: The app is only available on iOS. Android is not supported. Newly Available in BetaFlow Collections: Organize flows by use case and apply automated actions and sharing permissions at scale instead of sharing flows individually.
