These features are currently scheduled to release so that you can find them in Clari, Align, Copilot, or Groove when you log in on the date above.
Platform Updates
Customers using Groove and Clari will need to add new IP addresses to their allowlist, including customers who are using Salesforce Trusted IP Address, follow these instructions to update your trusted IPs.
Action Required Before August 11th, 2025:
To avoid any service disruptions, ensure that your network administrator or IT Team has updated your network to allow voice traffic from the following globalized IP and port ranges. Please allowlist the following:

AI Chat Agent
The new AI Chat Agent is designed to provide immediate, intelligent answers to your questions using the combined knowledge of the community and knowledge base. Ask the AI Agent questions to quickly surface helpful resources, product guidance, and troubleshooting tips—no search necessary. Check it out in the Help Center.
Designated Support Contacts: You'll be able to submit a support case directly from the chat if and when your organization needs assistance from our technical support team.

Dynamic Merge Fields & Scheduler Improvements

Groove Managed Package Update
On Friday, August 9th, Groove will deploy an update to the Salesforce managed package. No action is required from you.

- No changes to the Groove application—your experience will remain the same.
- If you are using Salesforce Sandbox instances, the managed package will be updated across all environments.
