What’s New in Clari?
Copilot in Clari
Copilot is seamlessly integrated and is available as a module in Clari. The full Copilot experience, including all of the Copilot functionality, such as call review, call coaching, analytics, collaborating on calls, and much more, is now available within Clari. Learn More.
Saved Views in Opportunities
The column settings and groups in an opportunity view will now match the owner’s settings for more transparency and accuracy. Anyone who has access to the view can duplicate and customize it to their needs without overriding the original view.
Read-Only Fields
Read-only fields are now allowed as components in sub-type compositions. Components can be all read-only fields, all forecast fields, or a combination of both read-only and forecast field types. Learn More.
What’s New in Copilot?
Zoom Recorder Improvements
Copilot will use Zoom’s data to determine who is speaking in a call. The bot joining and recording speed and overall reliability will be better. Also, the font will be more readable in screen recordings.
Users: Make sure you connect Zoom in Copilot workspace settings. See the article below for a step-by-step guide.
Webex Integration
The Webex Integration pulls recordings from Webex via their APIs offline. This feature allows users to record and analyze Webex-recorded calls in Copilot. Note: Live Transcription, battlecards, and other real-time features are not yet supported with Webex.
What’s New in Groove?
Groove Actions Improvements
Here’s a quick list of the improvements to Groove Actions:
- Notifications for due or assigned Actions
- Scheduler can be inserted anywhere you’re using Actions
- Swap in templates anywhere you’re using Actions
- More flexible logging to Salesforce
- Reps can use any email or phone field in Salesforce to take action with a customer or prospect
- Logged activities now contain a consistent and uniform subject
Remove Flow Participants
Admins: This setting allows you to decide if a Flow participant should be automatically removed from Flows once their core Groove license is removed. Learn More.
