You can also set end-of-meeting alerts, have Copilot join multiple simultaneous meetings, and record meetings you can’t attend. Learn more. Let sales leaders know when conducting pipeline inspection in previous weeks or quarters, this feature will help you see the exact opportunities and their amounts used to make the call in a previous week. For example, instead of only seeing that your pipeline was $10M in Week 7, now you can see exactly what opportunity amounts in that week contributed to that pipeline.  Try it in Pulse. Note: Only Available for customers with Opportunities running on RevDB   Groove Extension UpdatesThe NEW Groove Chrome Extension upgrade provides both G-Suite and Microsoft users with more efficient template and scheduler management, streamlined logging controls, and improved onboarding, settings, and troubleshooting experiences. Make your forecast call with less friction and effort, leading to improved compliance and more consistent forecasts. ​​Learn more here.For Admins:  If your team has multiple forecasts to submit in a tab, this will allow them to submit them all with a click of a button using the Quick Submit Modal. In addition, this includes the option to re-submit a forecast, if the call has not changed for any or all fields, simply leave those calls unchanged and click Submit. This is especially useful for Enterprise reps, who may have only a handful of deals to forecast on. In-app guidance: Users will see in-app guidance to alert them of quick-submit.  Schedule: You will begin to see this in your Clari instance over the next week.  Full Screen Account SettingsPlease Note: This feature was not release on October 4, 2023, but will be released in a product update in the near future.To streamline your user experience as we work to expand the options available to you in your Account Settings, the Account Settings modal is a full-screen experience.  What’s New in Align? Organize your Templates with your HierarchyAdmins can organize your MAP Templates based on your team structure by assigning them to different teams in your hierarchy. This streamlines managing templates for admins and simplifies the process of choosing the right template for reps. Learn more here.

Copilot's Conversational Intelligence is also part of Activity Detail View. You can view Copilot trackers associated with a particular meeting and review the call directly in Activity Detail View. Learn More. New in Copilot Copilot Smart Follow-Up EmailsSend automated follow-up emails generated by RevGPT to include necessary context from your call Smart Summaries. Learn more. Expired Activity NotificationsClari Admins can get alerts when teammates’ emails and calendars get disconnected or are expired—so you can re-establish those connections ASAP, right from Clari Studio. Learn more. Small Updates and Fixes Align UpdatesIn Align, you can assign task owners and add checkboxes to your MAPs. You can also tag people, upload a document from your Align Library, and add hyperlinks. Learn more.  Recording Consent We fixed a bug for active consent audio in Copilot that prevented the audio announcement of a call recording from playing.  

Release Date: July 13, 2023 What’s New? Funnel WidgetWith Funnel Widget, you can now pin Funnel reports to a dashboard for faster insight into your sales motion. Learn more here.  Enhanced Reference Fields You no longer need to jump to the tab of origin to update a reference field—just double click and edit, like any other editable field. Read up on our Forecast Module and editing fields in the Knowledge Base.  Sub-Object Aggregation in AccountsSub-Object Modes enhance the grid in the Accounts Module, allowing you to configure modes based on objects that don't live on the account itself—like by opportunity or product. Learn more here.  Activity Filtering in Opportunity GridThanks to Clari's RevDB, you can now filter opportunities by activity data with Activity Filters for a better understanding of deal progression and where to focus sales efforts. Learn more here. Sort, Group, and Filter CRM ScoreYou can enable sorting, filtering, and grouping by CRM Score in Field Config. Release Date: JUNE 2023 What’s New? New Navigation We reorganized and renamed Clari’s top nav bar so you can find products based on actions you want to take — Inspect, Forecast, Analyze, or Capture. Dashboards is in the same place.  Check it out 😻 Here’s a summary of all the changes for reference:The Opportunities and Accounts Modules can be found under the Inspect tab in the top navigation. Forecasting > Forecast (just a label change at this time!) The Analytics tab in the top navigation is now labeled the Analyze tab. You can still find all the analytics modules there. Studio > Clari Studio (just a label change at this time!) Autocapture > Capture (just a label change at this time!) Wingman > Copilot (just a label change at this time!) Waterfall in ForecastingYou might be familiar with the Waterfall Module, now you can use Waterfall for a visual of forecast changes. Admins can enable this feature that notifies meeting participants when calls are recorded and gives them the option not to allow recording. Learn how to enable Active Consent here.   Autocapture Settings Console in StudioTo keep things simple and organized in one place, we made Autocapture Settings available in Clari Studio. Admins now have the ability to configure Autocapture and tweak the configuration on their own. You can now see logs and settings that were previously in the console in Studio. Learn more about this update.  Data IngestionUnlock more insights with more external data connections now available in Clari with Data Ingestion. Data Ingestion supports 3 different database types (Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres) through a self-serve connection in Clari Studio. Check it out. MAP Status to CRM and Field MappingUpdates to your MAP status (On Track, Late, Archived) now push back to a Salesforce field on the opportunity. Drive deal velocity using CRM field mapping in Align. Create a MAP Status Field in Salesforce and learn more about Align CRM Mapping. Forecast API with CRM TotalsNow with CRM data! Previously, users could only export Clari data and had to find and join CRM data externally. Customers can now export CRM History alongside forecast data. Export CRM data (i.e., opportunity amounts) in addition to forecasting data (i.e., quota, adjustments, and forecast entries) with Clari’s Forecast API. Opportunity Export UpdatesWhen you export a CSV of Opportunities, the export now matches the format you see in the Opportunities Module. Release Date: May 2023 What’s New? Template ModalTo help users create plans faster, Align’s new Template UI lets you search template metadata and provides better visual distinction between template preview mode and plan editing mode. See Template Modal updates here. Template Add-OnUsers can now add templates incrementally to existing milestones as they gain a better understanding of a buyer’s purchasing process. You can create a milestone on your own, and then add a template later without being burdened with upfront decision-making and workload. See examples of how to use Modular Templates here. Field Mapping + Pushing Align Fields to CRMDiscover the power of Field Mapping as we enhance Align’s integration with CRM to provide Sales and RevOps with two foundational components:A user-friendly admin interface for instant visibility into field mapping and sync status Push Objectives, MAP Status, and other fields from Align to your CRM for reporting and data hygiene.Take control of your administration tasks with a self-serve experience, eliminating the need for support, and enjoy clearer and more robust administrative capabilities in Align. Opportunity Name in Align DashboardHave multiple plans for one account? Learn more. Audit Log APIThe new Audit Log API monitors the events in Clari to keep you compliant. You can audit suspicious behavior or field configurations within the Customer/Client enterprise.  Opportunity Export APIYou can now export Clari’s CRM Score or opportunity data to your BI tool or set up a custom integration. Check it out. Saved Views in Trend: Saved Date AdjustmentThe selected date will not be saved in Saved Views in Trend. Instead, the date will always revert to the default ‘Today’ when you save a View or open a Saved View in Trend. Dashboard Scope: New LookWe’ve updated the Scope in Dashboards for a sleeker experience. When you select a level of your hierarchy from the Scope, the selected level and the next level up in the hierarchy will display. You can hover over the preview to see more details about your Scope selection.

Within Relationship Insights, the user will be able to see whether or not the right people have been engaged with to move the deal forward. Enabled for all users on 12/15. Ensure confidence in the amount of deal activity and data completenessGain immediate visibility into the amount of activity taking place across all deals and accounts within your Activity Logging Console.To establish confidence in your data, quickly search all activities logged to CRM to ensure there are no gaps. Admins: Troubleshoot errors or activities not-synced more easily! Collect only the most relevant data per role to cut through the noise Tailor the data collected from each member of your team with Role-Based Autocapture. Prevent the distraction of unrelated activities and data by collecting only what each role needs — nothing more. Territories are now supported in Account Engagement, Clari continues to support Enterprise Territory Management (ETM).

Please keep in mind that field change indicators will only display for opportunity fields with field history tracking enabled in Salesforce. The colored change indications allow users to understand deal health more quickly from Forecasting Expanded View.Note: The color changes are fixed (non-configurable) to only show changes that occurred in the last 7 days. Display Longer Column Header Names in ForecastingWe have added support to display full column header names in Forecasting. Forecast column headers will display up to two lines (instead of just one). As the header name gets longer, font size will automatically adjust to accommodate the full header name.
