Your partnership in the evolution of the leading revenue platform is important to us, so we want to bring you the latest product updates as soon as we possibly can! These features are currently scheduled to release so that you can find them in Clari, Align, or Copilot when you log in on the date above. What’s New in Clari? Forecast Quick SubmitThe Quick Submit button in the Forecast Module is designed to make your forecasting experience simpler and faster, especially for sales reps. Make your forecast call with less friction and effort, leading to improved compliance and more consistent forecasts. ​​Learn more here.For Admins:  If your team has multiple forecasts to submit in a tab, this will allow them to submit them all with a click of a button using the Quick Submit Modal. In addition, this includes the option to re-submit a forecast, if the call has not changed for any or all fields, simply leave those calls unchanged and click Submit. This is especially useful for Enterprise reps, who may have only a handful of deals to forecast on. In-app guidance: Users will see in-app guidance to alert them of quick-submit.  Schedule: You will begin to see this in your Clari instance over the next week.  Full Screen Account SettingsPlease Note: This feature was not release on October 4, 2023, but will be released in a product update in the near future.To streamline your user experience as we work to expand the options available to you in your Account Settings, the Account Settings modal is a full-screen experience.  What’s New in Align? Organize your Templates with your HierarchyAdmins can organize your MAP Templates based on your team structure by assigning them to different teams in your hierarchy. This streamlines managing templates for admins and simplifies the process of choosing the right template for reps. Learn more here.

You can also tag people, upload a document from your Align Library, and add hyperlinks. Release Date: JUNE 2023 What’s New? New Navigation We reorganized and renamed Clari’s top nav bar so you can find products based on actions you want to take — Inspect, Forecast, Analyze, or Capture. Dashboards is in the same place.  Check it out 😻 Here’s a summary of all the changes for reference:The Opportunities and Accounts Modules can be found under the Inspect tab in the top navigation. Forecasting > Forecast (just a label change at this time!) The Analytics tab in the top navigation is now labeled the Analyze tab. You can still find all the analytics modules there. Studio > Clari Studio (just a label change at this time!) Autocapture > Capture (just a label change at this time!) Wingman > Copilot (just a label change at this time!) Waterfall in ForecastingYou might be familiar with the Waterfall Module, now you can use Waterfall for a visual of forecast changes. Learn more about Waterfall in Forecasting. Active ConsentEnsure compliance with Active Consent for users. Admins can enable this feature that notifies meeting participants when calls are recorded and gives them the option not to allow recording. Learn how to enable Active Consent here.   Autocapture Settings Console in StudioTo keep things simple and organized in one place, we made Autocapture Settings available in Clari Studio. Admins now have the ability to configure Autocapture and tweak the configuration on their own. You can now see logs and settings that were previously in the console in Studio. Learn more about this update.  Data IngestionUnlock more insights with more external data connections now available in Clari with Data Ingestion. Data Ingestion supports 3 different database types (Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres) through a self-serve connection in Clari Studio. Check it out. MAP Status to CRM and Field MappingUpdates to your MAP status (On Track, Late, Archived) now push back to a Salesforce field on the opportunity. Drive deal velocity using CRM field mapping in Align. Create a MAP Status Field in Salesforce and learn more about Align CRM Mapping. Forecast API with CRM TotalsNow with CRM data! Previously, users could only export Clari data and had to find and join CRM data externally. Customers can now export CRM History alongside forecast data. Export CRM data (i.e., opportunity amounts) in addition to forecasting data (i.e., quota, adjustments, and forecast entries) with Clari’s Forecast API. Opportunity Export UpdatesWhen you export a CSV of Opportunities, the export now matches the format you see in the Opportunities Module. Here are our most recent updates that enhance the power of Clari’s platform with the flexibility to fit your process: Identify risk and momentum due to relationshipsIdentify activity gaps in Accounts & Opportunities with relationship-based risk and momentum indicators. Within Relationship Insights, the user will be able to see whether or not the right people have been engaged with to move the deal forward. Enabled for all users on 12/15. Ensure confidence in the amount of deal activity and data completenessGain immediate visibility into the amount of activity taking place across all deals and accounts within your Activity Logging Console.To establish confidence in your data, quickly search all activities logged to CRM to ensure there are no gaps. Admins: Troubleshoot errors or activities not-synced more easily! Collect only the most relevant data per role to cut through the noise Tailor the data collected from each member of your team with Role-Based Autocapture. Prevent the distraction of unrelated activities and data by collecting only what each role needs — nothing more. Reach out to your CSM to enable Role-Based Autocapture. Identify key roles needed for a deal in a MAP’s Team RolesDetermine which people will participate in different steps in the buying process within a mutual action plan’s Team Roles. Identify and fill key roles needed for the deal, and even save as a template to guide new reps. Territories are now supported in Account Engagement, Clari continues to support Enterprise Territory Management (ETM).

Try it out! Customize Data Pushed from Align to Your CRM:Clari Align’s mutual action plans now allow you to select which activities you want to capture and record in your CRM. Get visibility into buyer signals and activities inside the MAP, or select seller activity to inspect MAP creation and updates over time. Admins: enable today!  Record Activities from Events:Clari now offers a more versatile configuration to record and track activities as events. Whether you prefer to record your activities as events or tasks, Clari is flexible — purpose-built to run revenue your way.  Mobile Access to Email Content:Activity content logging is now available for mobile! Alongside activity data, you can now inspect revenue-critical email content on the go with Clari’s mobile app. Keep a pulse on your deals to take action and consistently hit your targets with precision. Download the app! Improvements to Sorting:Managing opportunities in Clari just got better. In the opportunities tab, users can sort any amount field from sub-object modes, rather than being restricted to splits and product line items.
