What’s New in Clari?
Pulse Opportunity Drill Down
When viewing a list of deals from a particular period in Pulse, you can now drill down to the Opportunities grid to see the full point-in-time details of those deals as of the end date of the period.
Note: This is only available for customers with opportunity module running on RevDB.
Consolidated Views in Forecast
Consolidated Views, built on top of Enterprise Management, enables customers who have multiple SFDC/Clari orgs to consolidate their Forecasts across their instances. Learn More.
Redesigned Accounts Table with Column Settings
The Accounts experience has gotten a major update with a newly designed table and column actions. Now you can change column order, visibility, and even pin a column so that it’s always within your view as you scroll to inspect key insights and activity. Learn More.
What’s New in Groove?
New Interface in Flow Page
The Flow page got a refresh. This includes a new updated Flow card, new filtering and sorting options. Plus you can “favorite” Flows in the web app and Omnibar.
Note: The General Preferences that used to be under “edit” moved to Settings.
Salesforce Task Type Mapping to Actions
From Manage My Org, Admins can map Action types to use Salesforce standard and custom Task Types. The options available are determined by what’s available to your organization.
Note: If you choose not to set the task types in Manage My Org, then we will use the Salesforce default set for this field or whatever is defined by the Groove Template used.
Dialer Improvement
The new improvement is a backend update to Groove's call-making process. Now, Groove creates a conference room in the cloud, which enhances audio quality, reduces call drops, and increases the likelihood for successful conversations!
Migrate Groove Customers to Sub Domain
Groove is more integrated into Clari with one domain for all log-in experiences on 8/17/24

We recommend updating your bookmarks to new the new links above.
What You Need to Know:
- All users will be logged out of both the extension and web application upon rollout between 10 and 11 AM PST on 8/17/2024.
- Users navigating to the old Groove URLs will be redirected to the new ones (but we still recommend keeping any bookmarks up to date.
