Please note the release date above. Your partnership in the evolution of the leading revenue platform is important to us, so we want to bring you the latest product updates as soon as we possibly can! What’s New in Groove?

Flow History Tab

The Flow History Tab provides you with a history log of key events throughout the life of a Flow. Currently, it tracks Automated Actions and general status changes (e.g. Active > Archived). Learn more.

Manual Archive Updates

Flow owners and editors can remove any active participants when you archive Flows in the new streamlined experience. Additionally, the history of who archived the Flow and when is written back to the Flow History Table. Learn more.

One-Click Unsubscribe

To help you manage certain requirements for one-click unsubscribe header if your users exceed the outbound email limits set forth by Google, you can enabled One-Click enforcement for Flows in Manage My Org to provide the necessary header when Groove Flows send an email on a user’s behalf. Learn more.

Note: Groove’s one-click unsubscribe feature simply provides the expected unsubscribe link when Groove Flows send an email on a user’s behalf via the Google or Microsoft APIs. Gmail then uses algorithms to determine whether to display the link or not based on factors like the sender’s reputation, how often they send emails, and how users interact with their emails. If Gmail doesn’t think the campaign is eligible, it might not show the one-click unsubscribe link. This means that the link is not guaranteed to be sent 100% of the time through Groove Flows, even with the setting enabled.

Flow Permissions in Manage My Org

To ensure efficient workflow management and more granular control over Flow permissions, you can now manage Flow view and edit permissions for Admins, Team Leads, Analysts, and Standard Users. Learn more.

Moving Auto Removal Settings to Automated Actions

Your options to automatically remove people from a flow if they replied (excluding auto-replies) or if their email address bounced are moving to Automated Actions in Flow Settings.

Smart Summaries in Omnibar

Now, you can generate insights from all the activities (emails and meetings) that happened in a deal directly from Omnibar. Whether you need an Activity Summary or Key Next Steps, Clari will provide them and the links to the source materials (email and meetings). Learn more.

Groove Mobile Enhancements

Groove Mobile is designed to support the field team’s workflow from start to finish. Instantly transform your in-person meetings into valuable connections with easy contact and lead creation, and capitalize on meetings and maintain momentum by adding new contacts to your Flows. Utilize every moment by managing Flows and Actions between meetings, and capture every interaction to ensure that all activities are captured with the details you need for richer context and more effective follow up. Learn more.

Install the app from the Apple App Store: ‎Groove+

Note: The app is only available on iOS. Android is not supported.

Newly Available in Beta

  • Flow Collections: Organize flows by use case and apply automated actions and sharing permissions at scale instead of sharing flows individually.
  • Flow Approval Process: Designate user roles that require approval before flows can be come active. Users can create flows in “draft” mode and then submit for approval to a Content Manager, and manage which users in your org have permissions to approve flows as Content Managers.
