What’s New in Clari?
Duplicate Dashboards
Now, anyone can duplicate a dashboard to quickly create a personalized version without starting from scratch. This makes it easy to tailor dashboards to your team’s specific needs while keeping the original intact. Just look for the "Duplicate" option in the dashboard’s menu (or from the left nav in Cadences). You’ll become the owner of the copied version and can edit it freely. Learn more.
Field Extensions via Data Ingestion
Enrich your Clari instance by adding fields from external data sources directly to core objects like Accounts and Opportunities—without having to create custom fields in Salesforce. This enhancement enables 1:1 object mapping via the Data Ingestion pipeline to quickly bring in external data like product usage, bookings actuals, or CS scores. Set up in Clari Studio Field Configuration, these field extensions make it faster and easier to surface warehouse data in the Inspect Module and deliver a more complete view of your book of business. Note: Field Extensions via Data Ingestion are only available to customers on RevDB.
Admins: Use Field Config in Clari Studio to define the relationship and select which fields to surface in your Account or Opportunity views.
What’s New in Groove?
Timezone in Email Send Actions (Returning Feature!)
We’re bringing back the ability to schedule emails by recipient timezone in the Email Action compose window. This feature helps you land in your recipient’s inbox at just the right moment—no matter where they are in the world—by letting you select the delivery time and corresponding timezone. It’s a powerful way to boost engagement and stay connected across regions without needing to send emails manually at off-hours.
Update: Retiring the Send with Groove ribbon button
In New Outlook (Outlook for Web, Outlook for Mac, New Outlook for Windows), we’ve simplified how you send emails with the Microsoft Outlook <> Groove integration. Now, you can use Outlook’s native Send button and still log emails to Salesforce, plus track engagement metrics like opens, clicks, and replies. This update will roll out to users once accepted by Microsoft. As part of this change, the Send with Groove button in the Outlook ribbon will be retired.
For Classic Outlook for Windows users, the Send with Groove button in the Outlook task pane will remain.
Admins: If you have an Admin managed add-in, an Admin will need to approve the update before the change is live for your users per your configuration settings. We recommend deploying the Clari Groove add-in to your users with an active Groove license.
