Revamped Forecast Module
We improved Forecast’s interface and updated the design. Clari now supports expanding and collapsing the hierarchy to streamline the drill-down workflow. You can copy the CRM totals, adjustments, or team rollups straight into your forecast submission. Learn More.

Desktop Version 4.0
Copilot’s Desktop App can now be authenticated without logging into Copilot for joint Clari and Copilot customers.
Conversation Feed
The Conversation Feed aggregates snippets from calls and meetings into a single feed to help revenue-critical employees identify the key moments from a call to focus on. Learn More.
Data Retention Policy
Configure a custom call data retention period— from 30 days to 5 years — beyond which all call recording and their associated transcripts, game tapes, and snippets are automatically deleted. Learn More.
Topics by Teams
Admins can set Topics to be tracked only for calls made by specific teams. Previously, Topics were tagged in all call transcripts that contained the keywords that made up each topic. Learn More.
Call Delete Workflow Updates
