Release Date: March 5, 2025

Please note the release date above. Your partnership in the evolution of the leading revenue platform is important to us, so we want to bring you the latest product updates as soon as we possibly can! These features are currently scheduled to release so that you can find them in Clari, Align, Copilot, or Groove when you log in on the date above.

What’s New in Clari?

Forecast Config: Create Forecast Columns and Tabs, Delete Forecast Tabs

The new ability to create Forecast Columns and Tabs, and delete Forecast Tabs expands on your freedom to forecast your way. If you haven’t yet, we strongly encourage completing our Forecast Config Fundamentals learning path in Clari University, or reviewing the documentation in our knowledge base to learn more.

Admins: Try it: Create tabs or columns in Clari Studio.

Ask Clari Enhancements

We've further improved Ask Clari’s answers to your questions using advanced LLM models. Expect even easier readability, more detailed reasoning, more thorough coverage of discussed topics, and more effective responses to your questions overall.

Field Mapping for Ingested Data

External data tables fields must be mapped to Clari’s data model in order for Clari to successfully ingest them into RevDB. Our new Field Mapping Configuration allows admins to flexibly map fields in these tables without strict naming conventions. This minimizes integration issues and eliminates the need to hard-code specific field names in your external table schemas. Learn more.

Admins: Ask your Clari account team if you would like to ingest data from 3rd parties into Clari.

What’s New in Copilot?

Gainsight <> Copilot Integration

Seamlessly synchronize call insights from Copilot into Gainsight’s timeline. Automate relevant meeting data synchronization between Copilot and Gainsight, ensuring that actionable insights from calls are centralized for folks like CSMs. Push meeting details such as summaries, action items, participants, and embedded call recordings directly to Gainsight. Learn more.

Admins: Add the API key from Gainsight to your Copilot Workspace Settings.

Faster Call Sharing

We’re making improvements to let you share calls faster. Now, as soon as the video recording of a call is processed, reps can share the call with their customer (even while Copilot is still working on the transcript and AI insights for you). Learn more.

Smart CRM Suggestions in Slack

We’re hyper focused on improving the rep’s day to day experience. Update your deals using Copilot’s CRM Suggestions directly from your post-call Slack alert. The new Update Deals button in the post-call summary allows you to review suggestions, edit, and accept them all in Slack. Learn more.

Additional Languages Supported in Copilot

We have added Czech, Hungarian, Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, and Indonesian to the 28 languages that Copilot can transcribe. Learn more.

Enterprise-Grade Desktop App Deployment

Now, Copilot’s desktop application supports enterprise-managed deployments, allowing IT teams to control application versions and updates across your organization. Manage application versions, perform updates, and handle rollbacks if needed. Learn more.

Post-Call Alerts via Email

We’ve added email to the ways in which you can receive your post-call summaries and alerts from Copilot. Learn more.

Users: Opt-in to how you want to receive pre-call or post-call alerts in your Call Actions Settings, choose from Slack, Teams, and/or Email.

What’s New in Groove?

Improved Send with Groove for Outlook

We’ve simplified how you send emails with Microsoft Outlook <> Groove integration. Now, you can use Outlook’s native Send button and still log emails to Salesforce, plus track engagement metrics like opens, clicks, and replies. Learn more.

Admins: Let your users know to start using the native Outlook ‘send’ button. Share this post.

Here’s what to expect as we roll out these improvements:

  • Phase 1 – Early March: You’ll start using Outlook’s Send button to send emails. A small banner will confirm that Clari Groove is processing your message. Internal emails will not be logged, and everything else will work as usual.
  • Phase 2 – March/April: The Send with Groove button will be removed from the task pane but will still be available in the ribbon. Keep using Outlook’s Send button as we refine the experience.
  • Phase 3 – April/May: The Send with Groove button will be fully retired. Moving forward, all tracked and logged emails will be sent seamlessly using Outlook’s native Send button.

Unified Salesforce Connection for Groove Chrome Extension.

We’re streamlining the experience to connect the Groove Extension to your Salesforce account for a simpler, faster login experience. Learn more.

Upcoming Platform Changes

Field Configuration: Clean up of unsupported configurations.

To keep your instance running smoothly we have identified some customers with unsupported configurations in field config. If your instance has an unsupported configuration, we will clean this up on your behalf. Please note that any changes pending in a draft state will be cleared when we proceed with the cleanup.
