What’s New in Copilot?

Ask Clari in Copilot

You can now prompt Ask Clari with questions related to your Copilot Calls to identify key customer pain points, identify decision-makers, and extract customer objections. Managers and trainers can even use it to pinpoint the biggest opportunities for improvement. Learn More.

What’s New in Clari?

Revamped User Management

We have updated User Management with a new table experience containing improved filter and column capabilities to manage users effectively. Learn More. 

This feature within Clari Studio User Management allows Clari admins to modify the Clari ID (user login email address) or Delivery Email Address for the users in their org. Learn More. 

Note: This feature will be made available to all users, but will roll out throughout April.

Update Forecast Reference Fields

You can now update your forecast more quickly via reference fields in Clari’s Forecast modulegrid. If your team leverages reference fields for forecasts in a summary tab, they will be able to update forecasts there via the grid and Quick Submit. Learn More. 

Capture Sync Errors Management

With the help of the Sync Error Management module, you can quickly understand the syncing errors and re-sync the errored-out records back to Salesforce. Learn More.

Manage Clari Notifications

You can now get Clari Notifications in Slack – plus, select where you’d like to receive notifications inside Clari Preferences. Learn More. 

Time Machine in Funnel 

See the opportunities that compose a certain stage or forecast category in Funnel. Learn More
