What’s New in Groove?

 

Automated Actions: Transfer to New User by Custom Lookup Field

Automated Actions in Master Flows now support reassignment based on any Salesforce user lookup field, enabling automated transfers of Flow participants when custom user fields change (e.g., territory manager, account executive). Learn more.

 

Enhanced Flow People Export

Exporting people from a Flow now respects your step filters and has a default “Select All” scope. No more exporting page-by-page. Whether filtering by step, “My People Only,” or exporting entire lists, Groove delivers complete .CSV exports quickly, with direct downloads for smaller sets and email delivery for larger ones. Dynamic cadences: Cadence Purpose, Step Instructions

Allows managers to guide AI content generation by setting a "Cadence Purpose" and specific "Step Instructions," resulting in strategically-aligned email drafts that sales reps can use with minimal tweaks.

 

AI-Generated Call Scripts for Cadence

AI-generated script for Cadence phone steps that synthesizes the cadence purpose and step instructions to create personalized, structured call scripts, which saves rep prep time and improves conversation quality.

 

Send meetings from Outlook

Sellers who use Outlook can now book Salesloft-tracked meetings directly from their inbox, increasing efficiency and improving data accuracy by allowing them to associate the meeting with specific Salesloft objects and custom CRM fields. 

 

Recurring meetings

This feature ensures activity data is always in sync with your CRM and calendar by accurately tracking and managing all occurrences of recurring meetings directly within Salesloft, allowing users to create and view them from the platform.

 

Shared Views

Users can now create and share custom, filtered views with their teammates to standardize data consumption across the organization and eliminate manual workarounds.
