Cmd + Enter in Mac - saves instead of inserting new line

Hi,Anytime I want to insert a line in a Text field, it saves the edition instead of adding a new line.Is this happens to all MacOS users?Thanks,

Clari Admin Certification

Hello, I signed up for Clari University a couple days ago but I still don’t see the Admin Cert course in catalogue. I read the courses available should have updated within 24 hours after I signed up.  Can anybody help?

Hierarchy Not Mapping to SFDC Roles

One of my managers does not have their subordinates rolling up to them in the Forecast.In SDFC, they have a Profile = Manager. And I’ve placed their SFDC insides and our SFDC Roles below.What might be causing this? How do I fix this? Thanks!

Groove: Disable Cached Exchange Mode for Outlook?

We are working to Implement Groove at our organization and we currently use Microsoft O365/Outlook.Problem: when emails are sent via Groove from Outlook, they are often found sitting in drafts and usually send.  Some emails remain in drafts and don’t ever send.It was recommended that we disable Cached Exchange Mode in Outlook; however, that’s not advised by our IT department.Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue? Open to pursuing other options.Thank you!
