 Hello, I’m Courtney Hampton Reed. I am the Quality Assurance Specialist at Fuel Sales. I have 3 dogs and 1 hermit crab. I enjoy playing roller derby, doing all things in the creative realm (videos, music, writing, performing), and as of late I have been dabbling in golf. Clari Copilot has helped me keep tabs on SDRs to make sure that they are following our methodology, discover trends, and have meaningful conversations with management about what is happening on the front lines. Gmail's Spam Update: What Groove Customers Need to Know

Dec 4, 2024 What’s Changed in Gmail Gmail recently updated its spam detection system to flag emails containing tracking pixels as potential spam. Recipients might now see warnings like: “Images in this message are hidden. This message might be suspicious or spam.” Even plain-text emails with no visible images can trigger this alert if a tracking pixel is included. These updates are designed to detect bulk, impersonal messaging, highlighting the importance of thoughtful, personalized communication to ensure your emails reach your intended audience. How This Impacts Groove Users For Clari customers using Groove, personalization has always been the foundation of the platform. Average/Combined CRM Score

Does anyone know of a way to use an aggregation of CRM scores as a high level view of pipeline health? Either natively within Clari, or via export? Currently export via the Opportunities page excludes CRM score.

New to Clari - are there any Canada User Groups or Annual Clari Conference?

Hi everyone - our company just went live on Clari Forecasting this month (750 licenses approx) with a plan to pilot Co-Pilot next and our Sales teams love it. My question is if there are any Clari user groups in Canada (Toronto area or virtual) that I can join? I would also be happy to connect into a U.S. User group where i could join virtually as my company is US based. Finally, is there such at thing as an annual Clari User Conference (i.e. mini Dreamforce) where I can learn the platform, see what’s coming in terms of new functionality and network with other business professionals on best practices etc.?  Thanks in advance. Hi Team & ​@lyuda.rogers ,I've attempted my Clari certification more than 15 times, and my score consistently falls between 70-73. I’ve completed the admin course three times and am confident I’m selecting the correct answers.Could you review the test to see if there might be any issues or provide feedback on my answers?
