Within Clari Studio Field Configuration we would like to add SFDC Account fields directly to the Opportunity module in Clari.  This would prevent us from having to create additional Opportunity fields (formulas) just to bring Account data into the Opportunity module.  A use case would be adding an Account custom field we have which tells whether the Account is from the Global 2,000 list. Thank you

I see in this article that you will receive an email notification for tasks assigned from within Spaces, but what about other actions? Say actions assigned via the Omnibar? Do those only show up within the web app? Even referencing this article on actions, I’m not seeing where you can get notified of an action

Hello All - Is there a way to see a list of my one off scheduled emails?

I’m trying to understand the use, functionality, and options related to Tags within Clari Copilot. I looked through the Knowledge base but struggled to find articles specific to this feature. For example:I see there’s a Call Tags filter available, with a preloaded set of tags. Where/How were those created? Can they be customized? I see within a call’s details menu, I can manually add tags, but those appear to be limited to the preloaded set. Is that the case? And what would be the need or benefit to manually adding additional tags? When creating Gametapes, there is a Tags field. But this seems to be different from the preloaded set of tags mentioned in my previous questions, because I can create my own tags in this field if they haven’t been used before. Can anyone clarify the difference between these tags? And what's the need/benefit/function of the tags that are created for/associated with gametapes?

Which of the filters include the optional Sentiment filter? For example, I know that if I select the Competitor Mentioned filter it reveals Spoken By and Sentiment fields as well. Are there other filters that have the Sentiment option?

Hello, I signed up for Clari University a couple days ago but I still don’t see the Admin Cert course in catalogue. I read the courses available should have updated within 24 hours after I signed up.  Can anybody help?

Is there a way to download to Excel or some other file those emails that have bounced from a flow? 

I would love the ability to customize individual field history tracking by selecting different historical ranges. For example, being able to compare data over 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days would be beneficial when applying multiple quotes that adjust frequently.

We have a requirement to upload our sales quota which would have quarterly and yearly goals. Houw should we set it up in terms of period. I saw a sample file in KB, where for a given user there were 8 rows. Is this the correct way to upload? In our Instance, the sum of quarter will not always equal to the annual.

Why does the Group Filters left panel open every time I change bookmarks or refresh the page?  Its redundant since I have the Group filter bar above opportunities and I’ve already selected that I wish it to be closed.

Does anyone know of a way to use an aggregation of CRM scores as a high level view of pipeline health? Either natively within Clari, or via export? Currently export via the Opportunities page excludes CRM score.

Hi everyone - our company just went live on Clari Forecasting this month (750 licenses approx) with a plan to pilot Co-Pilot next and our Sales teams love it. My question is if there are any Clari user groups in Canada (Toronto area or virtual) that I can join? I would also be happy to connect into a U.S. User group where i could join virtually as my company is US based. Finally, is there such at thing as an annual Clari User Conference (i.e. mini Dreamforce) where I can learn the platform, see what’s coming in terms of new functionality and network with other business professionals on best practices etc.?  Thanks in advance.
