Hi all, when I click on the “Export” option nothing happens and no message is given. How can I get my report data in excel format?

I am trying to use Clari API, but I am getting errors from the client side.  I have already generated a token. Can you please provide a short example of using the API? just a simple request.Thanks,Shahar.

Hi I have just started using Clari as a sales ops manager with admin access, I was to use Clari University to gain understanding on how to use the product, forecasting, analytics etc but in the University page I can only see the “prospecting academy” is this all that is available?

If your organization has been using Capture for a while, checking the settings and looking at the logs periodically is a good idea. This will help you get the most out of your integration. The Capture settings panel has recently had some helpful additions that make tweaking and tuning your settings much more accessible. Some settings were previously only modified via your CSM or a support case, so you may not have even realized they existed!  I always begin by making sure Capture is not in Preview Mode and is writing back to the CRM.

I want a view that shows:$ closed-won bookings and % attainment to goal/quota by quarter $ closed-won bookings and % attainment to goal/quota for the entire fiscal yearWe have 9 account executives and I am confident I can find this data with a ton of clicks and by changing the period and clicking through the small bit of reporting hierarchy we have. Hey all - I’m new to Groove and I’m trying trying to build a master flow that many of my reps can use.We previously used Outreach and would frequently include the variable {{sender.calendar_url}} in flows to allow multiple people to use the flow and include their personal calendar/scheduler link. Is there a merge field like this for Groove?

Hi I need to display some fields available on the salesforce account object on Clari Opportunity Grid, and Opportunity Details layouts. Do I need to create the same field at the opportunity level in SF to display the opportunity layouts in Clair? 

It appears there’s a cap of 2 Waterfall (Analyze) widgets on a dashboard.  It would be helpful if there were at least 4 widgets possible.  Trying to create a 4 quarter view of pipeline progression evolution for CRO.

I star opportunities in a list view.  Is there a way to share that view and share my stars which I used to indicate risk I have on deals, or is it not possible for other people to see my starred opportunities (meaning that I’ve starred them, not meaning sharing an opporutnity I’ve starred)

Here is the issue I am dealing with.I am using a tool called SnapLogic to create an extract on the Forecast API. I have been able to use Postman to create these details and then fetch the data from said extract once it is completed. For example, there’s an abbreviation I didn’t recognize in one lesson, or the audio doesn’t play in one of the Try It videos.
