Note

1. Copilot doesn’t ask for permissions to view any data on your phone

2. To sign in, use your work email account (that you use on the Copilot web app). That's it.

Now, let’s do a deep dive into some of the key features and available options:

  1. My Calls: View your upcoming meetings and call recordings.
  2. Team Calls: View all call recordings from your team + filters to find what you need
  3. Search: Search for a keyword across all call transcripts, meeting titles and attendees
  4. Profile: View your profile, access help documentation or log out of the app

View Upcoming Meetings

All meetings on your schedule show up as cards in My Calls. Swipe to view the next one or tap on a meeting for details — time, duration, attendees and recording status.

By default, Copilot only records video meetings with external participants. However, you can toggle recording on/off for an upcoming call from My Calls.

Review a Call Recording

Simply tap on a call recording in the My Calls or Team Calls tab to start listening. Lock your phone or browse another app while you listen and never miss a beat.

On the call review screen:

  • Tap to play/pause or rewind/forward playback.
  • Tap the Speed button to increase playback speed. Tap again to play it faster (up to 2.5x) or to come back to 1x speed.
  • Tap the Transcript button to read your call as it plays.
  • Tap the Comments button to request for or share feedback on a call recording.
  • Tap the Share button to share the call with prospects/customers or even internally

Find a call recording

Just finished a call? Go to My Calls to review your recording. Or use Search/Filters to find a specific call recording

  • Tap on the Search tab, type a keyword and hit return.
  • Select from the options: search by meeting title or attendees or in transcripts.
  • Scroll through the results and tap the relevant call recording.

Don't have an account?

  • If your organization uses Copilot, but you don’t have an account, please ask your admin to add you as an Observer. Observers can listen to all calls for free but cannot record meetings.
  • If your organization doesn’t use Copilot yet, sign up for a demo here and we’ll help you get started.

Hope this helps you get the best of Copilot on mobile 😊

This makes things so much simpler for individuals and organizations with security concerns 🙌 🎉

Is the mobile app still being supported? I see it hasn’t been updated in over a year.

I tried to log on to the CoPilot app but there’s no option to sign-in with SSO. The only option is to enter your email which doesn’t work for organizations that use SSO.

Hey Imran,

Yes, we still do support the mobile app. However, we haven’t made any major updates on the Mobile app.

Regarding the SSO on Mobile, unfortunately, we don’t support SSO. However, let me have my support team reach out to you directly for any suggestion on how you can login.

After attempting to use the Clari iOS app for the past two months, here is my feedback:

  1. The app has clearly been abandoned by the development team. There’s been no update for over a year. The orientation isn’t even set up to account for the dynamic island which was introduced in September 2022, and thus text gets cut off.
  2. The app is insanely buggy. It crashes all the time. I can’t even make it through one recording without the app crashing.
  3. The UI is terrible. The search functionality does nothing, and the fact that you can’t type to search for individual teammates calls, but have to scroll down a list of everyone in your entire organization means that for large companies, you’re scrolling for 5 minutes just to find the person you’re looking for.
  4. The app doesn’t support PIP, even though it’s a native function of iOS.
  5. There’s no playlist or “save for offline viewing mode.”
  6. There’s no dark mode.

And I should mention that Gong has every single one of the above features, so the standard has been set.

Overall, I have no choice but to give the app a 0/10 (because it’s quite literally not usable). I have an iPhone 15 Pro and the latest version of iOS 18.1.1.

Since the mobile app is very important to me (and many of my colleagues), I have no choice but to talk to my team about whether we can leave Clari for Gong.

Of course, if Clari manages to fix their app, that would change things, but like I mentioned above, it’s clear that the app has been abandoned by the development team, so I won’t be holding my breath.

@Imran Mitha

Thanks for collating your feedback and sharing this with us. There is definitely more room for improvement with respect to the app. We’ve highlighted this feedback to the product team. There might be a few elements that our support team might reach out to you for more context on soon. Your Account manager will be finding time with you soon to meet with our Product team.
