HI @Ariadne Smith,Good day. Currently, we categorize pipeline to “closed”, “Forecast call”, “Upside”,and “Value Unassigned”. During the forecast call with sales leaders, we go through the category one by one by clicking the “Closed”, “Forecast call”, “Upside” on the left panel to talk through the deals with each category, but there is no “Value unassigned” category on the left panel. so we click “Pipeline Coverage” to review “Value Unassigned” Category. but it’s a aggregated view of all categories. it’s difficult to scan through all the “Value unassigned” deals.Ask Option 1: Add filter “Value Unassigned” to panel on the left Option 2: Add filter “Value Unassigned” to on the top of pipeline coverage. Please see the screenshot pasted below. 

How have you set up salesforce to allow for one account owner but multiple opportunities?  For example, we have a customer success manager who has a handful of account execs working on their accounts.  We are having issues keeping the heirarchy and also giving the correct permissions in salesforce. 

We have a manager who is responsible for two segments, which we have split out in Clari for forecasting purposes.  He is able to switch between the two users in the Forecast module.  However, when he goes to the Opportunities module, there is no way for him to switch between the two users.  Could you add the same multiple user functionality available in the Forecast module to the Opportunities module?  Thank you!   

Hi there! Is there a way for a Clari admin to login as (impersonate a user)?  I would like to be able to log in as one of my AE managers and set up some personal dashboards and troubleshoot but am not sure if this is entirely possible.

Hello, I have a suggestion for how we can view the Adjustments when we adjust the numbers for our reps.  I like how the reps forecasts automatically add up and so that I can see the total that my team is calling, but i think it would be really useful if it would show both numbers side by side when I do an adjustment.  this would allow me to see what they are calling to me side by side with how I am adjusting that up or down. Thanks!

Hello! We have found the drill down views from the Analytics Modules to be very helpful. However not being able to save Opportunity views that are created with Analytics tools has created some impediments when sharing out valuable data to our teams.  Anyone else has similar sentiments? You have two options if you want to know the total number of opportunities in a column in your Forecast Module (rather than the sum of some amount field on those opportunities). If you just want to know the total number of opportunities, then we can create a calculation field in your Forecast Tab. Contact your Clari CSM or Clari Support with a change request to add the calculation field to your Forecast configuration. If you want to reference the total number of opportunities against a quota, or use the count in other places in the platform outside of the Forecast Module:Create a Deal Count field on the opportunity record in Salesforce. You just need to make “1” populate in this field for every opportunity.

Is it possible to change the set up so that Amount Decreased and Amount Increased reports in Waterfall will display historical changes (amount + color coding) in the ACV based on the date range and not just on the last update? Perhaps an additional button/option so we can select what to use? Example, Deal A decreased in net recurring ACV and is correctly showing up in the Amount Decreased report. However, it’s colored green but should be red since it’s a decrease. It’s because it’s picking up the last change which was an increase from around $62K to $185K. But if we look in Salesforce, the deal actually decreased from $295K to $185K. Same scenario happens on the Amount Increased report. On my end, since I use Waterfall a lot, I end up going back to Salesforce to manually check the correct increase and decrease ACV based on date range (which is not practical). Three things I’d like to see, if possible:Consistent color coding. When Capture syncs an email activity back to Salesforce, by default, it logs the email as a Task.Today, Capture can log activities as either a Task or an Event to Salesforce. A Clari Admin can control whether emails are logged as Tasks or Events in Studio. You can find the steps to adjust this setting in our knowledge base.

Yes, an opportunity amount can be split against different quotas (i.e. for cross-sell opportunities, 30% of the opportunity is contributed to the AMs quota and 70% is contributed to the AEs quota).   You can set up opportunity splits in your Salesforce instance. You can learn more about how to set up opportunity splits in the documentation written by Salesforce. Contact your Clari CSM before you enable opportunity splits in Salesforce to discuss how you want to configure your Forecast and Opportunities Modules for splits.
