What is Activity Detail View? 

 

Activity Detail View gives selling teams a comprehensive overview of all the email and meeting activity related to an account or an opportunity. Teams can pressure test CRM data with real-time context from conversations that are happening. Clari also now supports AI-generated call summaries and action items that make it as easy to get up to speed on a meeting you missed as reading through a quick email.

 

Why is Clari adding Activity Detail View to Forecast and Dashboards?

 

We added Activity Detail View to the Forecast and Dashboards modules so detailed activity inspection is easy to access wherever and whenever you need it.

 

  • Opportunities: Get up-to-the-minute context on communications about key deals closing the last week of the quarter.
  • Accounts: Review call summaries from a critical account before your upcoming renewal or QBR.
  • Forecast: Review action items from the past week's meetings to pressure test the deals forecasted as best case.
  • Dashboards: Dive into slipped deals, top deals, or top accounts to get the most recent context for potential slipped reasons.

 

Where do I find Activity Detail View in all of these contexts?

 

Simply click Activity Detail View in the Insights Panel, Forecast Expanded View, or a Dashboard Widget (Top Deals Widget, Accounts Widget, Flow Widget, or Deal Priorization Widget) to view it in that context.
