Some of the managers have signed up for Clari university but seem unable to use any of the courses.

It’s telling them that an admin needs to grant them permissions.

 

How do I, as an admin, control what courses they can see and take?

Hi, ​@Ryan Pentecost! All customers will receive access to our complete course catalog. After a user creates their Clari University account for the first time, it may take up to 24 hours for their access to update to our full catalog once they create their account. If anyone on your team is still not able to access courses, please don’t hesitate to send a message directly to university@clari.com with the list of emails associated with those users, and our Clari University admin will ensure that they receive the appropriate level of access moving forward!
