Have an idea to share? Good!
We know that you, our customers who engage with Clari’s products day in and day out, have a myriad of ideas of ways to improve the product with new features we can implement. Your input is incredibly valuable to us in Product, Engineering, and Design as we plan our roadmap and make sure we are giving you everything you need to flawlessly run your revenue process.
So, when you submit an idea, what happens next, and what do the statuses mean?
Thanks for submitting your feedback! Your idea will automatically zip on over to our Product team’s feedback repository, which our Product team reviews on a regular basis.
Our Product team regularly reviews your ideas to determine if they align with our current focus areas for product development this year. They are currently reviewing your idea. If it is in alignment with one of our focus areas, then your idea will be updated to On Roadmap. If your idea is not aligned with an area of product development that Clari has planned to focus on this year, then it will be updated to Not Currently Planned for the time being. If our Product team needs to explore your idea (along with other similar ones) further, it may update to In Research at that time.
Our Product team has decided that further research and discovery is required to review your idea (along with other similar ones) and determine if and how they fit into our current focus areas for product development. Your idea will be updated to On Roadmap or Not Currently Planned after our Product team has conducted their research.
Your idea aligns with our currently planned roadmap. We’re thinking about this use case or this business need too, and our Product, Engineering, and Design teams are actively working on addressing it.
Get excited! Our Product, Engineering, and Design teams are actively working on developing your idea. When this new feature has rolled out, you will see it update to Launched, and (in most cases) find it in our monthly Release Notes.
Your idea is not currently aligned with our areas of focus for product development this year. We may be prioritizing other things or thinking about how to address your feedback differently. While it’s not on our currently planned roadmap, we’re always happy to answer any further questions that you have.
Woohoo! The idea is out in the wild and available to you.
