As our Clari Community grows, we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience and make content more easily accessible.  On 05 August 2025, we’re taking a step toward a more open Community experience that should greatly help with finding relevant content.  

 

🔍 What’s changing?

 

Starting 05 August 2025, most content in the community will be visible without requiring a login. This means:

  • You can search and browse Community posts without needing an account.
  • Shared links to community posts will open directly — no login wall.
  • It’s faster and easier to find answers and explore resources.

 

For the most up-to-date information on community norms and expectations (in light of these changes), please review our Community Guidelines.

 

 

🔒 What’s staying gated?

 

The following areas will still require a login (and, in some cases, you must also be a customer):

  • Ideas (customers only)
     
  • Events (some events are open to all; you can see the events you can register for on the Events page!)
     
  • Replay Hub (customers only)

 

You’ll also need to log in to create or reply to posts.

 

 

🌐 How does this impact you and your experience? 

 

The impact to existing community members should be minimal and positive. This change should make your experience even smoother — less clicking and more content without needing to log in.

 

New here? You’ll be able to explore more of our resources from day one for a much more welcoming experience (we hope!). We still strongly encourage you to register so that you can ask questions, share product feedback, vote on product ideas, register for customer webinars, and more!

 

As a friendly reminder, we encourage creators to be mindful of what information you share in the community.  These changes will make content more publicly available. Please refrain from sharing any personal or sensitive information about yourself or your company (e.g., personally-identifiable information, financials, proprietary company information, information on your customers, etc.) in your posts in the Community.  If you need support and feel you need to share this type of information in order to receive it, please submit a case in the Clari Support Portal instead.
