Hi, New Clari user here. Im looking to export to CSV or Excel every open opportunity ID and its associated CRM score.  When I'm in inspect>opportunity mode and I use the data export, the report is limited to 5k rows (should be around 45k opportunities) and there is no CRM score in the output?What's the best way to get this reporting? Thanks 

Hi Team, I noticed that the filter for Deal Size allows us to filter deals “Less than 0” or deals “$0-1k” but not to exclude deals that are actually $0. I am requesting an update to this Filter as our organization can tend to have deals that are exactly $0 that need to be excluded / removed via Filter and there is no way to currently do this without also excluding low $ deals.

Hi,Two issues, related - 1. We have checkboxes on Contact level for Key Personas (Champion, Economic Buyer, Decision Maker etc.)Also, a seller can indicate who’s the Champion / Decision Maker etc. on a specific Opportunity. How can we pull this info to Account / Opportunity activity in Clari? Our dear CSM was told the only way is either to create rules based on titles (where there’re too much variations and is not good enough) OR if the contact show under “Contact Roles” on the Opportunity - which again, not ideal and will require to develop extra process in our SFDC. This is not ideal or necessary if we already have this info on Contact level and on Opportunity level in some cases.  2. Assuming point 1 is resolved and we manage to connect activities with Key Personas - as far as I know this information is showing only in one by one review of Opportunity or Account.Meaning, I can review if any activity was made with an Ec

Similar to many of our Clari customers, you may be wrapping up the year while also focusing on next year. The next year brings new opportunities, process, business objectives, and so much more. While you and your entire Rev Ops begin next year planning, its important to keep Clari top of mind.This is the time of year where I’ve seen many of our mature customers begin the process updating their Clari platform. By leveraging our self-serve Field Configuration, this is a great time to remove any stale fields you no longer need in Clari, while also adding/ordering fields that will be critical for next year. It may be time to remove that ‘Covid-19’ checkbox field that has been pestering you all these years 😉.Maybe your forecast process is evolving as you continue to grow with Clari. The new year is a great time to implement new processes and change up your forecast cadence.

I’m trying to build out a standard board deck using Clari. The most important thing we measure at that level is average productivity or AE productivity if you prefer. Has anyone built something like this?

Can we please allow more options to build out the column view? I am looking for State to be included but other CRM fields would be great. As a leader across a larger geo being able to look at the opps by geographic data points too

I can’t seem to find in Clari Studio where to set up filtering and sorting by CRM score.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hi Team it would be super helpful if the Activity Detail that is available in the Forecast and Opportunities modules was also available in the Account module. 

What would be the best way to view deals that have had their close dates pushed (i.e. could have moved closed date in qtr, not just slipped to future quarters) in a certain time period?  Flow only gives slipped deals where I would like to know which deals have had their close dates pushed? I know we can visually see this on the opportunity grid but wondered if theres a better way to do this? 

Hi - we switched from Outreach to Clari auto-capture.  We have been getting consistent feedback that reps are missing the toolbar functionality that highlights when prospects open, click, and engage with their emails.   Cirrus, SFDC, etc offer this functionality as well.  Would love a Clari extension that enables this.  Crucial to remain competitive in the activity tracking space. 

Something I actually just learned this week is that when you hold down the COMMAND or Windows key on your keyboard, you can select multiple groups (i.e. so you can add a group for stage and then focus on all the deals in stage 3 or 4 by selecting those two options) within the opportunity grid. Just a little time savings nugget that hopefully makes selecting groups a little bit easier

Long time Clari yearner, first time having the opportunity to be a user/admin :) (FWIW previously used InsightSquared/Mediafly for many years) While I’m capable of building dashboards in Clari, I’m curious if anyone has recommendations/examples of dashboards they use for specific purposes? Topics such as pipeline hygiene, pipeline movement/flow, trend analysis, etc - really anything to help support executive decision making and rep coaching TIA!

Is it possible to add a disclaimer to a forecast tab?  Looking to add a note about why users may see discrepancies in their numbers directly on the tab.

Posting on behalf of a customer here but has anyone noticed some strange behaviour using Salesforce CPQ and when Primary Quote is changed?Here’s the issue: a Primary Quote is changed in CPQ but in the Opportunity Field History the Opportunity amount is changing to the value of the Old Primary Quote + New Primary Quote. The downstream impact is that this then impacting the Clari colour coding and it’s only showing things in red. Seems that there might be an underlying Salesforce issue, as per this thread: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/feed/0D54S00000A8sYxSAJ...but seeing if anyone else here is facing this issue.
