I'm wondering if you might have any best practices for forecasting holdovers? Our planned approach is as follows:
Parties who will receive crediting for holdovers are
- Opportunity Owner
- FY25 Account Owner Mgmt hierarchy
Parties who will NOT receive crediting for holdovers are
- Opportunity Owner Mgmt hierarchy:
- FY25 Account Owner
This means that simply following the mgmt hierarchy for crediting (as we would normally) won't suffice. Appreciate any guidance you might have.
