What do you do when your prospects complete a Groove flow, and you want to re-engage them depending on their level of engagement to the previous flow? It is best practice to have a more tailored approach to reaching out to warmer leads as opposed to straight cold contacts, where we can add more scalable ways to get on their radar.
First off, what we would want to do is in our Groove Settings, ensure that we have Email Open Tracking enabled and you are tracking your links in your Flows.
What this will allow us to do is from there – we lead them through two different flows depending on their engagement. From here, we will be able to leverage Automated Actions to differentiate where to bucket your engaged prospects vs your cold prospects:
- For engaged prospects: In this case, we are tracking links – if the prospect clicked on a link, we can remove them from this initial automated flow and add them into a more personalized flow where we can get more targeted in how we want to get their attention
- For non-engaged prospects: Throughout the initial process, we can compile them at the very end after they end the Flow – and automatically put them into a new Flow for re-engagement given that they never responded nor clicked on any links:
But when the prospect is dis-engaged, wouldn’t we want to make sure we don’t spam them with endless amounts of touchpoints? Well, that’s a great question!
What we would recommend doing here in Clari Groove is to make sure for the re-engagement Flow, we have the first step send out the first email or action item after a certain number of set days to give the prospect a “break,” all while making sure that we don’t let them fall off our radar:
This way, we can make sure prospects are consistently in contact with us. Leveraging Groove fields, we can put some of these prospects in a report where they completed the second re-engagement Flow and compile them one more time should we want to continue pipeline generation – as you know, you’ll never know what kind of diamond you can find in the rough! 💎
