The ideal candidate will manage a team responsible for supporting business unit sales organization through customer, operational and business support. Responsible for developing processes and procedures to achieve the Business Unit’s (BU) objectives. Partners with BU and sales leadership to guide programs, decision support and business process improvement including but not limited to global sales strategy and planning, anticipating demand, coverage, quota and territory strategy & planning, forecasting, account management, leads, planning and prioritization, closing strategies, sales automation, tools and reporting programs.

 

The Director, Field Operations will have a track record of building relationships, working closely with cross functional teams including Finance, Sales (including renewals), Services, IT and Operations. The ideal candidate is a passionate, collaborative, and results oriented leader capable of inspiring and building cross functional high performing teams to effectively drive change while achieving established goals.

 

Qualifications

 

-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

-8+ years relevant experience desired in the enterprise technology industry, in software

-Strong leadership & people management skills; proven ability to develop key talent

-Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment, flexible and open-minded

-Experience working in dynamic multi-country and cross-cultural environments

-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

-Ability to engage and present to executives both within Quest and with partners

-Strong organizational and relationship building skills

-Demonstrated analytical and project management skills

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to effectively present information in a variety of delivery formats

-Collaborates well with key internal and external stakeholders

-Diagnose and resolve issues quickly

-Ability to organize and prioritize multiple ongoing projects

-Able to work with minimal direction while solving complex problems in creative ways

-Proactive team leader who advocates change

-Demonstrated alignment with Quest’s purpose, vision and values

-Available for global travel (25%).
