Dorsia is seeking a Partnerships Lead who will be responsible for sourcing and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and enhance the member experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of generating revenue through partnerships across luxury brands, with a focus on automotive, entertainment, fashion, hotel, and hospitality.


In this role, you will:

  • Identify and research potential partnership opportunities with companies and brands that resonate with Dorsia’s target audience and complement our existing offerings
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions that benefit both parties
  • Develop innovative partnership strategies to drive revenue growth through joint ventures, sponsorships, affiliate programs, and other collaborative initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance member benefits through partnerships
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities to inform Dorsia’s partnership strategy


What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership development, with a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships
  • Exceptional relationship management and networking skills
  • Strong understanding of business principles, contract negotiations, and revenue generation strategies through partnerships
  • Familiarity with the luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industry; focus on automotive, entertainment, fashion, hotel, and hospitality
  • Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making and optimize partnership initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present proposals and interact with partners and internal teams
  • A self-starter who can set and achieve ambitious revenue targets through successful partnerships


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $140,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience and location) + meaningful equity
