  2. Review Clari’s projected conversion rates across each stage for this quarter.
  3. How do these conversion rates compare to the overall stage conversions you saw in the Funnel exercise form Week 3?
  4. Do you see any opportunities to add enablement or sales coaching to increase your conversion in a particular stage?

    Have your deal stages changed in the past year?

    Have the definitions of your stages changed?

    If so, this will lead to inconsistent data and a messy projection.
