As you might be aware, Salesforce is sunsetting its older API versions (<30v) this summer. The start date for this is May 6th. Our team is aware that some of our services are still running on an older version of the SFDC API (<30v).

Our product & engineering team is aware of these changes and are making the appropriate updates in Clari to prevent any disruption in service. These upgrades will be made prior to the start of the Salesforce summer release in the first week of May. There will be no downtime or disruption of service during this upgrade.

Please reach out to your CSM if you have any questions or concerns.

@Neesha Modi Here’s some more information on the upcoming Salesforce API adjustments that Nikhil had asked about a few weeks ago.

@Glenn Cahill Hi Glen! I remember you had submitted a support ticket on this a while back. Our engineering team is actively working on making sure there is no disruption of service between different API versions. No further steps from you are needed as of now. I wanted to tag you here as an FYI.

@Dana Breakstone for visibility since you had asked a question about this earlier this week

Hi there! As of April 27, our product & engineering team have confirmed that the appropriate updates in Clari have been made to ensure no disruption in service when Salesforce retires older API versions (<30v) on May 6.
