Recurring Meetings Not Appearing as Upcoming Activity in Clari

Hi Clari Support Team,

I am reaching out because I have recurring meetings scheduled with clients via Outlook, but they are not showing up as upcoming meetings under my account activity in Clari. Several of my accounts are displaying no upcoming meetings, which is incorrect.

These are recurring meetings set up directly in Outlook, and I would expect them to reflect as upcoming activity within Clari Groove/Copilot so my account engagement is accurate.

Could you help me troubleshoot why these meetings are not syncing or appearing correctly? Please let me know if you need any additional details from me, such as specific account names or meeting examples.

Hi ​@Jamie Anderson, please validate that you have your inbox connected to Clari by either a direct mailbox connection to exchange via preferences > my profile > integrations, or you are setup using team linking - also make sure either you own the account or are using an account mode with an ownership field you belong to. I recommend logging a support ticket, as our Support team is best suited to help you troubleshoot!
