I have anaylst using Copilot and since they are not recording users, there is not a great way to track usage and frequency of them reviewing calls and gametapes. Is there a way to report on this?
From PMM SVP: I'd like to establish a KPI for my team to ensure we're regularly listening to calls/game tapes. Can you share what tracking is available so I an set a measurable KPI?
I want to know how I can accomplish this for my SVP, and I am hoping it is something as Clari Admin I can run on my own without having to request it from Support.
Please advise!
