We have a field that shows the Status of the opportunity based on how long it has been in any particular stage. the possible results are On Track, Nearing Delay or Stalled. I wanted to know if it is possible to have conditional formatting so that the field shows a different color depending on which of the three results are shown.

Hi @Lionel Harrison— Thanks for reaching out and bringing this question to the Community!

Today, Clari supports highlight cells as the picklist value changes.  For example, Clari can highlight a cell red or green based on whether there’s an ascending or descending change in the picklist value.  You may be able to leverage this functionality to see which Opportunities change from “On Track” to “Nearing Delay”, or from “Nearing Delay” to “Stalled”.  This guide contains additional information on this functionality.

Unfortunately, this functionality does not currently include designating a cell color for different values (e.g., having “On Tracked” be highlighted one color, having “Nearing Delay” be another color, and having “Stalled” be another color).  This functionality would be considered a feature enhancement request.  If the current functionality that can color-code cells for ascending and descending movement through a picklist doesn’t fully satisfy your team’s use case, I would recommend submitting a feature enhancement request as an Idea in our Community, which you can do here.  That will add your feedback to our product team’s repository so that they can consider it for a future enhancement opportunity.

I hope this information helps.  Please let me know if there are any questions here.
