Has anyone here encountered the following issue within Clari whereby changes entered into Clari, do write back to Salesforce… however don’t end up showing within Clari?
The error message we have across our entire platform for the last few days is:
Changes writing to CRM, but loading into Clari is delayed
We have submitted a support case a day or so ago, but with limited to no traction, I wanted to see if anyone here has encountered this and what steps needed to be taken to rectify.
