What’s New in Clari?
Editing Global Settings in Forecast Config
Modify global forecast settings, such as manager adjustments, past-period display, weekly column visibility, forecast cadence, and custom roles, under the Global Settings tab in Forecast Configuration (found in Clari Studio). Learn more.
Coming October 16: Clari Studio Labs
With Clari Studio Labs, admins can selectively enable experimental or cutting-edge features for specific users, roles, or your entire organization, giving you granular control over implementation change management.
Admins: Enable Cadences and Guide in Clari Studio Labs on the right timeline for your GTM organization. Learn more.
What’s New in Groove?
Custom Salesforce Columns in the Action Table
Add custom Contact or Lead fields from Salesforce as columns in the Actions Table or Omnibar for greater visibility and flexibility in managing workflows. Learn more.
Admins: Looking for Spaces in Manage My Org? With this update, you’ll now find Spaces nested under “Custom Fields from Salesforce” in Manage My Org. This is where you can now find the new Actions and the preexisting Spaces tabs.
One-Sided Call Recording
Admins can now manage call recording settings for Two Party Consent Regions. This includes a new option for one-sided call recording—recording only the rep’s side of a call—to ensure compliance across regions while still gathering useful coaching data. Learn more.
Groove New User Signup
New groove users must be imported via Manage My Org or assigned a license via Salesforce. If you are setting up a Salesforce instance (migrating to a new production environment or sandbox), reach out to your Clari team to setup a new instance with Groove.
