Pre-personalization on Flow Import
During Flow imports, apply personalization across contacts or leads in advance, enabling tailored outreach at scale and bypassing A/B test variants for those personalized entries. Learn more.
Admins: If you have access to edit flows, personalization will be off by default, but it can be turned on for specific flows as-needed.
Phone Number Changes Guardrail
To prevent unintended updates when users edit phone numbers in the Dialer, Groove will prompt users after a call if a number was changed, allowing them to either confirm the update to Salesforce, or keep the original. Learn more.
